When renting a Greystar apartment for the first time we had the most wonderful professional assist us during the entire process. Her name was Mary Anne Billota-Walsh. She was extremely kind, considerate of the stress we were dealing with in selling our home, as well as moving into a new residence in a very short time span. She helped us every step of the way to make the transition extremely smooth and easy. Her kindness and vast experience in real estate as well as getting all the paperwork done quickly was incredible. She was there to help with every detail and made moving into a Greystar property a pleasure. My husband and I appreciate employees who go above and beyond their jobs to make a company stand above the competition. We would like Grey Star to know that they have an excellent employee in Mary Anne on their Team!!!!!

Any apartment building managed by them is falling apart. There is no customer orientation just profit making. You are not a human for them just a number. Most properties managed by them are totally outdated and broken down.

Poor management for Well house apartments at Sutton London （16 sutton court road, sutton SM14FX） in particular for car park

I have been the tenant of the well house since last June and all in all the overall service experiences and facilities maintenance has been satisfactory. However, since this Jan, the well house had implemented an unreasonable and absurd parking regulation in which the hired parking management company will issue penalty to resident simply because they did not properly display the parking pendant right in front of the windscreen that always hinder the sight of the driver and cause extra workload and trouble to the resident. Despite numerous complaints from the resident on the usage of pendant which cause so much disturbance and inconvenience to the driver, the management company neglect all the feedbacks from the resident and make no improvement at all. Very disappointed management which shift the previous serious parking problem to the resident but not actually listen to views and comments and allow the parking company to issue PCN recklessly. I sincerely hope that the management could look into this matter seriously and make necessary improvements as far as practicable.

Myself and my partner placed a holding deposit of £200 on an apartment in the new Oxbow apartments in Salford. Due to the company deciding to go against third party advice surrounding guarantors, we were then unable to go forward with the application. I submitted a refund request for the £200 holding deposit on 29/09/2021. We were told this would be returned to us within the 28 days processing time the company has. 4 weeks had passed and we were then told a staff member had made a fault in submitting our request and this would be returned within 1-2 weeks. We have still not yet received this refund nor have we received any correspondence or updates regarding when this will be returned to us. We have been treated appallingly and would hate for this to continue happening to others.

I rented an apartment from Greystar and my experiences have been on my website Greystarcrooks.com. for over 2 years and they haven't sued me for libel. They can't now because the 2 year statute of limitations is over. Don't rent form them.

i am a kind elderly high risk disabled veteran, living in the 2000 unit woodlandparkca, east palo commuinty owned by united arab emirates, owners rep sand hill properties company, palo alto and greystar who "bought" into management rather than being hired by acquiring alliance residential last year at that time alliance was the property manager for woodland park now the entity is sometimes referred to as greystar/alliance global partners, the largest of its kind, ww last week, greystar failed to rectify a totally dark elevator at 1779 woodland ave epa, ca, one of their buildings on 1/15/21, hicks, in unit 31, who is housebound was informed by the 7 day per week state employee that cares for him that he was sexually assaulted at about 4pm, 1/22/21 in the dark elevator by complete surprise while it was moving by the regular fed union mailman, for at least 5 minutes care giver made a full in person statement to police today 1/23/21 hicks made a full state to greystar epa, ca management trans advocates and lawyers were informed greystar, founded in 1993, by harvard mba bob faith is wildly successful they say as a business model, however they are rated F as a non member BBB nationwide a 1* ww most, millions in fact are scared, cheated by and/or HATE greystar this event would not surprise them heads up to EQUALITY CALIFORNIA AND WASHINGTON BLADE thanks for the chance to speak in a difficult time, take care

Reserved an apartment in July after viewing - amazing building, facilities, and finish to the apartments. The team were also very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. We were supposed to move in at the end of September, however there had been delays and were told it would be another 2-3 months. We were then told in November that the development had been delayed again and moving in dates would most likely be from Q1 of 2021. Obviously we were very disappointed, but understand that these delays were out of their hands. The team were extremely helpful with helping us make a choice on what to do. We decided to cancel our reservation and Ten Degrees informed us that we would be refunded our £200 holding fee. This was requested on 13/11/2020 and we are yet to receive any money. I have chased a few times and have been told the accounts team is experiencing some "glitches"...I am quite disappointed that it's taking this long.
