BUYER BEWARE! Company was rude to me when they contacted me to ask why I refused shipment of my TV. I explained to them that the panel of the TV was outsourced and not acceptable. They proceed to tell me that the company is an Authorized dealer. Well, that may be so, but if I am paying almost $3,000 for a Samsung TV, I want a Samsung panel in the TV. I then contacted the direct seller and asked for a replacement with a Samsung panel and never received a call back. A MONTH LATER, I finally get a refund with $295 deducted for refusing the TV I was not satisfied with. Submitted a complaint to the BBB. Waiting for a resolution.

It’s possible to save money using Greentoe. Indeed, I saved $51 on a Panasonic LX100 II camera. But that’s barely 5% off the full price of $997.99. In contrast, Greentoe’s web advertising, which I began seeing after I’d visited their site, promised 10%-20% off what others are paying online. After I made an initial offer of $810, Greentoe emailed me to say I could save $149 as compared to Adorama by increasing my offer to $849, which I did. The catch is that the $849 I paid didn’t include the $97.99 travel kit that I would have gotten had I bought directly from Adorama, B&H, or, as I later learned, from the Greentoe retailer. Hence the net saving of only $51. It’s true, as Greentoe wrote me in the course of refusing to provide either the travel kit or money for me to buy it myself, that buried in their FAQ is a statement that the sales price doesn’t include “freebies.” But I think most people reasonably would understand this disclaimer to apply to retailer-offered things, for example, in connection with the LX100M2, B&H would include a 32GB memory card and a carrying pouch. In contrast, many (most?) people would not include a retailer-sponsored promotion, generally available from Panasonic retailers, namely, the travel kit. So, while one can save money using Greentoe. My experience was bad and unnacceptble because of their dishonest advertising, which left quite a bitter taste in my mouth.

DIdn't know this company existed but they got me a great deal on a high end camera that has been tough to even buy at MSRP. Will be buying through them again!

These guy got me an unreal deal. Just got an a top end mirrorless camera through them and it was an amazing price. I couldn’t even get this price off auction sites, grey market and no warranty. They got me full warranty, brand new from and authorized dealer at an amazing price. Can’t say enough good things. Support an awesome business. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Saved $750 over the best retail price I could find on a 65 inch LG OLED TV. Very pleased with the transaction. Greentoe even handled the warranty registry for me.

Honestly was pretty skeptical, but I got a great price on a 2018 oled tv, $300 off best price I could find from someone not shady. I was even more skeptical when the retailer assigned was an aformentioned one that I wouldn't buy from directly, but, the tv came fast, looked as if i had ordered from amazon/bestbuy wherever. I'll definitely use greentoe again.
