I really wanted to like this service. I bought 3 items from them in under a week. Their customer service is terrible. After my bid was accepted, the Sony 200-600 lens was pending for days. I sent emails inquiring about the status, and then got a message back that the vendor did not actually have the item is stock, but if I was willing to pay over $50 more, they could ship “immediately”. A couple days later, the item finally shipped. The other item I had trouble with was the Sony 1.4 tele-converter. It was processed and pending shipment for almost a week. I sent several emails with no response from customer service until I finally got a “the vendor did not have your item in stock, and it is out at other retailers as well”. Maybe Greentoe should stop selling items they do not have in stock????? Maybe answer their customers email in a timely manner? I cannot recommend Greentoe. Use at your own risk. If you have lots of time and no desire to actually receive the item, I believe this might be a good option for you.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I was initially very skeptic about Greentoe and how the process would work but I'm a believer now and have been talking all my friends to consider Greentoe if they are in the market for electronics.

Like a lot of other customers, I was a bit skeptical too but I found several other reviews and praise on forums so I took the leap of faith. I can tell you from now on I will be checking at greentoe.com first before buying anything else online. Shipping was fast, communication from support was fast (had a snag with my payment method) and I am a happy customer.

THIS IS LEGIT. Do all the research you want. I did too, and from multiple sources to make sure there wasn't some kind of scheme going. its 100% legit. Still I stayed skeptical until I put in the price for two fuji camera lenses and actually saved 700$ between the two. Its hard to believe companies accept offers this low with NEW gear, but they do. It was shipped to me and I got it perfectly conditioned NEW, no catches, no gimmicks. EASY! Now keep in mind not all my offers were accepted, so I guess it depends on several logistical factors of the item you're requesting. But companies will try to counter offer you if so. For some reason I had the most success with camera lenses. This is the go-to app to use for purchasing expensive electronics

I was totally skeptical at the beginning - How could you possibly find the gear you have been looking for a long time new, cheaper and hassle-free ( no worries about gray market cameras). Before I knew it my offer was accepted and I took my new A7III for a portrait session. It works and it's awesome. Thanks Greentoe!

I recently ordered through Greentoe for the first time. Their website is very user friendly and their support is professional, kind and quick to respond to any emails I had sent. I didn't run into any issues but support had sent out an email once they saw my TV was delivered; they asked how everything went and whether or not I had issues. I had no reason to contact the retailer. The delivery driver used was also very friendly. Just a pleasant shopping experience all around.

The process was smooth and easy and they have been really helpful in answering all the questions I had and the order was delivered within a few days after the offer has been accepted. Overall, it was a good experience and will be my go to app for future people. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
