I have used Greentoe twice, the first time was to purchase a "smart tv" and the second was to purchase appliances for a rental unit. Both experiences were seamless and timely. The 60 inch LG OLED tv arrived in perfect condition, I love it and the price was fantastic! I did not purchase the washer/dryer set simply because the price was higher than I wanted to spend for a rental property. The offer was a very fair offer but over my budget. Everyone deserves a profit and I would have purchased the items if they had been replacing my home units.

I just bought a lens for my DSLR. I made an offer for 10% less than the cheapest pre-tax price I could find, and after one bad counter offer I got a match! Offers are tax and shipping included so this was really a bargain! The offer as accepted a bit less than a day after I posted it, the day after the lens had shipped, and one week later it was on my door step. All in all, a great experience, I'll definitely use Greentoe again!

Wasn't sure what to expect at first but Greentoe offers a great service and experience. Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. Got a great price and everything arrived in great shape. Will definitely use them again in the future.

It was an easy experience. I would say my own complaint is I couldn’t remove a bid. They should add that function. Other then that, everything was smooth. The vender sent the tracking number quick. The packages was well packaged. Product just as described.

I have used Greentoe multiple times and have always received what I have ordered. Always new and by a certified seller. When I need something expensive I check them out.

The overall experience was fantastic. I got a great deal, the support team was very helpful once I got hold of them. Some minor complaints: 1. If the dealer oversold the product or there's a problem/delay with the shipping, the support team should be very proactive in communications. This sets proper expectation for the users. 2. Each time I reply the same support email, a different agent chimes in, making me very confused who's taking the lead. Also the response time could be long sometimes (~3 days).

They provide a good price and good service. Fast shipping, fast response to questions, satisfying overall.
