Very rude receptionist. My son is 7.5 and they refused to cut his hair even though we are vaccinated. I gave him my mask and waited outside. The hair cut lady was nice but all the other people were rude and demanded i leave. I reminded them that my son is under age of the the initial guidance for masks. The new guidance says that vaccinated people do t need to wear them. Ridiculous!

I just had a great summer haircut at my Normandale Village Great Clips. Always a friendly place to get a decent haircut. They will cut it just as you want it. I wanted it a little shorter and Cindy complied just perfect. Both my wife and I will be back. Thank You Cindy. Bob E

If you are looking for a real barber, this place is not the place for you. There is a tremendous difference between a cosmetologist/manicurist and a barber. Here are some differences. One, a barber knows how to taper...not just back but on the sides as well. Two, I have never been asked by a barber if I want it "rounded". Three, barbers are taught to use clippers as well as scissors. Four, a barber does not print out notes about how your hair was supposedly cut the last time by an unknown cosmetologist/manicurist who probably does not work there anymore. The reason I ended up here a few times, is because I did not trust my barber and other customers to abide by Covid-19 safety precautions. I will be fully vaccinated soon and I will return to my barber. I guarantee he will remember me and he won't need a printout on how my hair was cut the last time. Five, my barber knows what a Princeton is. Six, a barber won't act surprised about cutting neck hair. Great Clips might be fine for kids and people who want their hair styled. Not good if you are looking for a real barber.

If I could give them zero I would-worst haircut ever. I asked for my hair to be layered all over-she just did the length and that’s it-I got home and trimmed it up myself. The haircut took 10 minutes for $15 rip off. They cut it just enough where it looks like they did more than they did-I’m going to a salon next time-don’t waste your money

My mother and I recently went to great clips in Jackson Michigan to get hair cuts and I truly believe I’m actually being generous giving them even one star. We were both very unimpressed with our hair cuts, costumer service, products, and return policy. I was sold a heat treatment for my hair to use with straight iron and when I used it realized it’s hairspray which I will never use. I went with my receipt and was told due to covid they weren’t doing refunds. Needless to say we won’t make this mistake again. Save yourself the heartache and pay the extra cash for a quality stylist.

I have been a customer of Great Clips in Murrells Inlet South Carolina for about six years, always got adequate cuts but no problems for the most art. I had to go home after and shower to get rid of neck hair and not really a problem. last haircut got a stylist that was amazing I'm (not good with names)Waited about 18 minutes for online checkout today and when I got called I politely asked if I could wait for the lady who did my hair last time that she was great. Stylist got an attitude then said others are waiting and you can't ask for a stylist, they don't work that way!! I said I didn't mind I would wait as long as it takes until she was available.In a couple of minutes another stylist came and called my name (possibly manager?) I told her the same story that i really liked that lady and would wait no problem and I was told "You take who we give you or you don't get your haircut today!!"I said thank you and left.
