My 18 month old isn't exactly the easiest kid to work with, but they are always so nice when I take him here! No matter which Great Clips I've gone to, they offer to let me sit with him, talk and play with him, and offer him a sucker afterwards. His hair always turns out super cute too, even if he moves around. I actually don't have to dread taking him to get his hair cut anymore, which is worth 10 stars when you're a tired mom of 3.

They used to be fairly decent, but since the pandemic they’ve gone waaay down hill. I’m not even certain they hire licensed beauticians anymore, certainly not skilled ones. I’m mystified by the ‘chop off your hair with a razor philosophy’. I had my hair cut today, and even though I’d shown her a picture of exactly what I wanted, it was obvious she had no idea how to do it. It’s a simple pixie cut. She razored the back, and then would cut my hair for a minute or so randomly, stop, and then say ‘doesn’t that look better?’ NO, it’s choppy and you’ve hardly done anything. But, how critical can I be to someone who just doesn’t have the skills to do anything. I didn’t complain, just guided her the best I could. But I don’t need to pay someone else $16 + tip for something I could have a family member do at home for free. Look, if your a guy with short hair who just needs a trim every few weeks, great clips is for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away. I’ve gone to three different ones in my area, and they were all bad. You might luck out occasionally with a skilled stylist, but it’s a crapshoot at best. Don’t waste your money.

They always keep track of what they did the last time so you never have to attempt to recall information! The stylists are always cheerful (which I’m not!) & respectful. They always do a professional job on what little hair I have left! I would have given 5 stars but I am always asked if I registered online before I came. Don’t always know ahead if I am and I am sure they are being pushed to have people download & use their app.

I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for about a year. So far my experience has been very good!

Winder, GA I usually like great clips, however this mandatory mask rule, is plain stupid! What sense does it make to wear a mask while getting your hair cut only to have to take it off to cut around the ears? Then the reason given as to why I had to wear it at all was because too many complaints were being made to corporate about people not wearing masks! Well corporate I am holding you fully responsible for my gaped up trim! It was nothing I did, it was not necessarily the stylist, and I am highly disappointed at the fact that, I will not be back to your business, because directly due to this mandated mask rule, I got the worst hair cut I’ve ever had!! Thank you Corporate!

Yesterday I went to the salon at 1367 W Palmetto and had my haircut with a very unprofessional woman. My hair end up all crooked. What a horrible job! The left side was longer than the right side. The fringe part was a disaster, besides the crooked was with dry and frizzy ends. When I left the salon, all the other costumers were looking weird at me and I just realized that it was because my hair when I got home and my family said I was looking like a clown. My husband and my son are costumers of this salon as well, but we got very scared of going there again. You lost your clients. I’m going to informe all my family and friends what happened and tell them to avoid this salon. I have my receipt and photos. I had to go to another salon and pay $50.00 to fix it and still it’s not like I wanted because she cut it shorter that it supposed to be. What a trouble and disappointment!!!

I first went to Great Clips on the advice of two people because they were so enthusiastic. I will never go anywhere else because they gave me a better cut on my troublesome hair than places charging four times as much, and any hairdresser can give me an identical cut because the information is kept in their computer.
