I took my 2 year old son for a hair cut at the Southfield, MI location and he emerged with what we’re referring to as ‘the world’s worst haircut which somehow gets worse the more you look at it’. The woman hacked at his lovely, straight hair, it’s completely uneven across the front (looks like the guy in Dumb and Dumber) and cut in arbitrary spots across the rest of his head. People genuinely keep asking whether he did it himself or his 4 year old sister did it. I’m continually shocked to say we paid for it! I cut his hair myself a few times during lockdown and it looked way better than the current state; I just can’t comprehend how someone working in a salon could do such a poor job.

First time I got my hair cut at the north Fayette location, i loved it. The girl wore her mask the entire time but others were not. Second time the wait was too long and the online check in kept changing to a higher wait time. It started out saying 51 minutes. I drove for about 20 minutes. When I was close, it said 32 minutes. When I got there, it said 47 minutes. The girl said it would be about 20 minutes. She lied. I didnt get a text until at least 50 minutes later. It didn't matter I canceled on the app before the text but they texted me anyway. I walked out and canceled mainly because the girl that greeted me was not wearing a mask at all. Wear your mask!!!!

I just got screwed at great clips in Alta Vista VA. I went in and got my name added t the wait list and waited over half an hour. No big deal but right as i was next some guy walks in and they said that they had to put him back on the list so he got to be next. Apparently he had checked in on line but didnt show up when it was his turn so they had taken him off of the list because it had been so long since he checked in. you have lost a customer for life and i will be telling everyone about my experience at this Great Clips. I understand the online check in but if you miss your time you shouldnt be able to stroll in whenever you feel like it and go to the top of the list ahead of people in the store waiting.

Went to South Lyon Great clips as a walk in , they generally expect you to use the appointment app, they told me 47 minute wait with one actual person ahead of me so I went to Headmasters 1/2 mile down the street and got in immediately with again only one person ahead of me, I suspect covid 19 corporate protocol to minimize traffic, well they minimized their future business as I'm not going back, Headmasters earned it by actually normalizing their business.

Great Clips straight up sucks. There was terrible customer service and my haircut looks tilted as one side has been cut and the other one was barely touched, both sides are uneven, the back of my hair was painful to get cut as they cut so much hair. The worst part is that on top of that they cut my ear and it bleeded very badly and I'm sending this review 3 months after my horrible experience and my the doctor said my ear will be damaged for life. Don't come here, like legit die instead of come here. Great Clips more like Grey Dips!

Alex Bell location, OH. Waited 50 minutes for a 10 min haircut cut while Aimee the stylist went to the bank even though they had just opened, my haircut was rushed and when I asked why it was so quick she said she could stand there and talk to me I wanted, she said it very rude, later I realized how bad my hair cut was when I saw the back, she never showed it to me, I will not return to Great Clips.

I made an appointment on line for 3582 Major Mackenzie Dr West, Vaughan Center Ontario location for a hair cut. 3 hrs later l received a text message that I can go for my appointment. when I arrived they did not have me in the system and asked me to wait another 3 hrs. They were very rude and unfriendly and did not want to accept their error. I will never go back there. Their job quality is quiet below standard anyway.

I went to the Lakewood Village North Little Rock , Arkansas location today after suffering a TERRIBLE haircut at the Jacksonville , Arkansas location just about a year ago . I had a hair stylist named Rachel and she did a fantastic job on my haircut today !!!! I was over the moon happy with my haircut and now I can go and get my haircut without fear . I just wanted to give Rachel a five star review and thank her for giving me a great haircut. She gave me not only a great haircut but gave me my confidence back. Thanks , Rachel u are a keeper for sure 😘
