I have had haircuts at the Hoover AL store on John Hawkins parkway. Patrick does a GREAT job and I want to continue with him. For the last three visits I have had a problem signing up on line. After going through the process I find upon arrival that the salon had no indication that I had signed up. I was then put on the waiting list. One time I waited over an hour while people who did sign up on line came and went before me. Three days ago I went in and changed my password but it still did not work. I have been a customer of the 46th and Nicollet Great Clips for over 20 years and ask for the same stylist (Roma) every time. She gives me the best haircuts that I have ever received in my life. Totally satisfied!! Plus she always asks about my family. Excellent employee!!

I just wanted them to do a fade and really short on the sides. I went two times and they both did the same thing. I didn't want side burns with the fade and I got them anyway. They were nice but not very talented. I went to Fantastic Sams without an appointment yesterday and asked for a fade and she did it. How hard was that.

Most disgusting place I've ever been, you couldn't pay me to let them cut my hair again. I wouldn't even give 1 star, but have to have put something in.

If I could give them zero I would. Worst haircut ever. I asked for my hair to be layered all over-she just did the length and that’s it. The haircut took 5 minutes for $17. My previous experience were better but this time it was really bad and the stylist was rude.

My husband and I have been going to the Shannon Square salon in Arden Hills,Mn for about 4 years. We love the check in process and the women who cuts are hair Nicole Is wonderful.

I am in a great clip right now, my 2 children were first and another mother arrived and since her son has no patience, they lifted my son from the chair to attend to him. Terrible customer service, the barber's is Asian, when I asked him his name he told me that he was working and he told me "you are a crazy woman" a total and unacceptable lack of respect. People like that shouldn't work in customer services.

Barb is very good and I'll keep coming to her. This review process is very complicated to do. I'd fire the guy who developed this ... I'll bet he never tried to leave a review.
