The guy that cut my hair was nice but he didn’t know how to deal with curly hair, he left it very puffy by the end of the cut and all I asked was for my dead ends to be cut off but now my hair is a bob. and up to my head and I hate it it is too SHORT!! I also went there another time and they cut off my bangs and I cried for A WEEK!!! they cut hair way to short every time I go if you don’t want it short then don’t go but overall the service wasn’t bad but not special.

First time using Great clips. My regular stylist at another salon was unavailable and I needed a cut before a trip out of town. Went to the Great Clips in Lewisville NC which was close to my house. Checked in on line and when I got there the manager said it would only be a couple of minutes. Daniel was my stylist and he asked about what kind of cut I wanted. I told him just a nice clean up trim and he got to work. Very pleasant conversation and he asked several times about specifics for my sideburns etc. I never felt rushed and next thing I knew he was showing me the finished result in the mirror. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a great cut and very close to what my long time stylist did! My wife even commented when I got home that my hair looked great. Today was my first-time in a Great Clips and it wasn't great. Bertha could use a lesson in basic customer service. For starters, she wasn't very friendly and she never explained my options. She just kept asking me what "clipper number" I wanted her to use. I'm 59 years old and have never had a barber ask (or tell) me about clipper size. It seemed to annoy her that I didn't know how to answer this; but maybe if she had just asked me a few basic styling questions, she would've figured out the clipper thing on her own. Then, in less than 10 minutes, she announced that I was done. There was no holding a mirror so I could see the back of my head, and no "how does it look?" or "are you satisfied?". Just "your done". I get that we all have our bad days, but at least try to show a little enthusiasm in front of a new customer. I still gave her a decent tip but didn't hear a thank you, so maybe she expected more. So did I Bertha. So did I

worst cut ever. the stylist barely listened when I told her what I wanted. When I expressed disappointment at how short the cut is, she made excuses and did not take any responsibility for her mistake. Erika at Chenal shop in Little Rock did not deserve a tip. I won't be back.

Great clips Freedom square is the worst. Signed in online said 17 minutes. Then checked in at store said 20 minutes ok. Waited my turn 25 minutes. Was next then last person to walk through door, # 5 on list was taken before everyone in the store. Never never will I darkened that door again.

Today I went for my normal haircut and was told that Sabrina my hair cutter was no longer there. Yourga said she will cut my hair. She was not pleasant and had no personality. It was clear to me that she didn't want to be at work today. I explained what I would like done but she just didn't listen and did what she wanted to do anyway. It took he less than 5 minute to tell me she was done. I will not be going back to this place ever. Terrible results and very unfriendly person.
