Absolute garbage.

horrible place managed to somehow asked a bit off the top and have the sides short didnt listen to a thing i said and made my hair so short i cant even stylize it now im left with this haircut for the rest of the month DO NOT COME HERE FOR SPEFIFIC HAIRCUTS APPERANTLY THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT

I looked on here an seen alot of negative reviews for Great Clips. They must not of visited the Great Clips in Bonner Springs KS. That place is truly amazing. Beatrice is my go to all time amazing stylist. I've been visiting this store for the last 2 years and not one time did I recieve a bad hair cut. And believe me I am picky. Beatrice is the very best. I just realized I never gave her credit for all the amazing haircuts and conversations. She is like family and I love her. Thank you Great Clips. Your the BEST!!!!!

I brought my ten year old brother to get his haircut before school started and they made his hair in the back of his head crooked and not even whatsoever. In the front of his head they started layering it and then cut his bangs super short and it kinda looked like teeth it was jagged. Near his cowlick they didn’t even trim it, they left it sticking up straight. If you are a young male and wanting a nice cut I wouldn’t go here. I had to bring him to a different place to get their mistakes fixed.

I asked for a trim I’m and gave a picture for reference. She ignored the picture and gave me the worst haircut of my life. She did not trim it she cut off most of it. I will never return there. They cannot handle a simple trim.

I took my granddaughter for her school haircut and I had mine cut to the woman that cut my granddaughter hair I don't think she understood her hair. She cut it and then I had mine cut I went home and put e comb through it not even close to right that's what pisses me off no one is asking for style just even

Salon on Ireland rd in south bend IN!!!!!!! Scalpel 2x’s, cut once, this lady will never cut my hair again. Showed her a picture of the style I wanted and explained what happened with the last hair cut my skin and she did it again. My style is not rocket science, she does not care or should go back to school!!!!!

I checked in at 1030 am was told a 45 min wait. I wás ok with that! But u still had people walking in and getting served before me! At 2130: I was told still had 2 more people ahead of me. That I was not ok with me! I think I will just be going somewhere from now on to get my haircut. Cuz the service at gateway plaza in Sumter SC. Really sucks
