Their Check in Online policy is not for me, I went to the location 2 stylists and one person ahead of me. The one customer paid and left as the stylist was cleaning up a (check in on line person) showed up and was served before me. I am never going back to a Great Clips anywhere

I haven’t had this bad of a haircut in decades. I always go to great clips and I get a good haircut. Wasn’t happy at all. I never go back to the great clips, I’ll have to use another one. I change my favorite on my GreatClips app because of this experience. I’ll never go back there.

I've been to two Great clips in the last 2 months in Indianapolis Indiana the one by 65 and keystone the one on East Washington the Washington shops both times they messed up my haircut I called the first time to complain and got nowhere after I complained I walked into the washing shops and the price of my haircut had went up $4 somehow I asked the lady for a fade and she gave me a bus cut the lady at keystone they don't know what they're doing that lady gave me a chili bowl if I was you I'd go somewhere else with your money because they don't care if they badly cut your hair and they don't do anything because they don't care if they sabotage your hair and they don't do anything about it they going to system and raise the price of your haircut after you complain please be smart and go somewhere that's going to cut your hair with a little compassion

Went to it and they shaved my hair so short u could see that I was almost bald never go there again if u want your hair to be not as u expecting also if you ask how you want it they do the opposite but they're people are nice
