I said to the lady I won’t a trim 2 inches off she said ok put out 2 fingers on my hair then sneeze in my hair then she started to talk about how college is bad and nobody needs it to much money and nobody needs it then she cut 4 inches off and give me a middle park I will not ever be going back.

They do not know how much to cut when you tell him they think 1 inch is 18. They are very annoying and don’t know how to measure.

I was at Great Clips on University Drive, in Sacramento, CA. Very poor, they said they understood what I wanted. But it didn't happen and I got a terrible haircut. Plus their prices have gone up sky high. I will NOT go back.

I came in for a shampoo This was my cost preference .. A $10 shampoo turned into $40 I told the hair stylist prior. I couldn't even tip her bc of the amount I paid reluctantly and wished I told her I was displeased before leaving but I didn't want to throw anyone under the bus! I think it would have been nice if she lmk that all the extra added attention to my hair was adding up! My previous experiences were top notch at different locations. Sadly submitted

I went in for a trim and came out with a different hairstyle and it's not what I wanted nor is it attractive. I'll never go to Great Clips again
