7 11 plaza great clips closed again after checking in online. Note on door due to unseen circumstance. This place has to get its act together. Very disappointed.

I brought myself, my daughter and grandson to get haircuts. The lady hairstylist cut my grandson's hair perfectly. The hairstylist, Maria G. C., was not very friendly, she did not ask me the cut I wanted and started chopping away. It was the worst haircut I had in this Atwater shop in 11 plus years. Then she worked on my daughter's hair and butchered it so bad my daughter went to the bathroom and started crying. The hairstylist lady, who cut my grandson's hair, saw my daughter's haircut and offered to fix it for her. My daughter accepted the offer.

I had a coupon from Local Flavor.com for a haircut for $9.99 which was not honored at the salon at 2206 N Congress Ave in Boynton beach Florida. On the coupon it says present at time of purchase which I did, the expiry date was from 11/29/22 until 01/27/23. Both myself and my wife went for haircuts today and ended up paying $14. each

If you are I a hurry and need a convenient location. Otherwise, pretty lousy customer service and haircuts.

I was in great Clips today and got a haircut showed her picture of what I wanted it to look like in the back and it looks nothing like the picture she likes to shaved the back of my head I'm really disappointed.The front looks great .but back is awful

Twice now we have tried to get my sons haircut. Each time we regoster we are told how long the wait is. It shows 14 minutes. When we arrive at the Great clips location we are told over an hour wait. Wait times are not accurate and the store knows that. Never going here again!!

Venice yesterday, was there three weeks ago, great haircut mostly a trim but great, cut and feather the cut, was great. Back again, same gal, do the same thing, I said, wow what a mess, I keep one side long so I can comb it back now that is gone!! No attention given like the first time!! Not going back!!

I took 2 boys there for a hair cut. Their hair was cut by 2 different girls. One girl didnt know how so another girl came to help.When the girl was finished my son had uneven hair in the front I asked her to fix it and it still looks like crap. I had paid before he was done and had tipped them good. Total cost me $50. Next time I'll go to barber shop
