I am SO sick of going in for a haircut at Great Clips in So. Salem Oregon sitting down in the chair, asking for a SIMPLE layered cut, and having the unqualified stylist of that day say "OK I'm a barber...soooo....." ? Shame on me, for not getting up and walking Out. I mean WHO hires these people?? Why can't they screen their applicants more thoroughly, and make sure they actually know how to cut several different styles?? I mean, evidently a Flippin minion with a pair of scissors could walk in there and get a job!! STOP ripping people off!!!

Not recommended. Did not follow instructions to cut hair.

My son and I use Pam , she does a wonderful job and she’s pleasant to talk to as well , highly recommend this store and this stylist

Went there for years shame it has gone down hill. Horrible people work there..

Never have I had a good experience at Great Clips but after a couple of years I tried again. I went to the location At Miramar outlets in Fort Myers Florida. They would not brush the knot out of my niece's hair . Called it a dreadlock And called us unsanitary. They sent my elderly mother outside to brush her hair where she slipped and fell on the curb busting her face and arm up. When I got there my niece was in tears and my mother had been lifted off the ground by a passerbuyer. When I went inside to confront the hairdresser She had a nasty attitude with me and offered me nothing but a band-aid. Mind you at this point my niece's hair had been brushed out completely. No dreadlocks here just very unprofessional untrained Employees at Great Clips...I Would not send my worst enemy to this establishment.
