I many times have visited Great Clips with a great experience. They're friendly and affordable, though if you want more than a wash, cut or maybe a simple dye I would maybe visit a boutique salon. Great clips is fast and easy for a quick haircut for kids and especially men or boys.

Took my son for a quick trim in Waycross Ga. It looks HORRIBLE! I swear my 3yo could’ve done a better job! We stopped using great clips about a year ago after having 4 haircuts that needed to be fixed in one day. I had hoped after a year they would’ve gotten people that knew what they were doing but apparently not. The lady that cut his hair didn’t speak English very well so that could’ve played into the cut not being exactly what I wanted but her incompetence is what ruined it. I’m sorry but if you gap up the front of someone’s hair then you shouldn’t be doing this for a living. Walmart is hiring,,, it’s time to find a new job!!!

I like the Great Clips at North Elm Village. The hairstylists are very friendly and attentive. My hairstylist, Molly, always remembers my preference and gives me a great haircut. Thank you, Molly and Great Clips! Julian

The hairdresser hands were ice cold plus when she complained about something in her eye she said it was probably gunk in my hair I was so embarrassed that she said that out loud😞. Other wise she was nice but I would ask for someone else maybe next time!I might change my mind but for now I will wait and see how I feel about it.🤔

I've been going to GC for a number of years, and I've always been satisfied with my experience. This particular haircut experience was very satisfying. Morgan not only paid attention to the notes of my past cuts but also did a couple of more steps to make my cut look great.

Hair stylist NICKI ...I've been using Great Clips for over 15 years now I've had many different stylists Nicki just placed number One of my favs.She has a very sweet and spirit.Nicki was very helpful and concerned about how I wanted my hair cut.She listened and gave her suggestions as I had needed.Her smile and conversation lit up the room.I walked out feeling better than I did when I walked in.Hang on to Nicki..She is definitely an asset to your company as great customer service is a rarity..Kudos to Nicki ..Keep shining you're light. April 26 2023 I went to GC 18th Street Kenosha location. In the middle of my trim (thank God she just finished the length trim and I didn't look like I'd lost a fight with my scissors!)the stylist and her coworker claimed they saw a bedbug in my hair. The lady in charge handed me a plastic garbage bag, demanded that I put my purse and jacket inside them and that I exit the store immediately. I did not pay, I apologized profusely and left. I went home, called back and apologized again. I then strip search my bedroom, other rooms, etc.... NOTHING. Furthermore, I live alone, I would have bites! I have nothing. I do NOT nor have I ever HAD bedbugs in my house. I do not know what they saw, but if it WAS a bedbug it may well have come from inside their store! I hope I have not brought them NOW into my home. The Only good thing about this visit is that I got a free trim on the length of my long hair :) Avoid this place if at all possible. This was my first, and LAST visit.
