The stylist, Eric, was short with me, no effort made to carry on what conversations, kept jerking my head, one point he told me to “quit moving your head, scissors never make mistakes, humans do!”. What have I done so wrong other than trying to get a simple haircut? All the other staff at this location who my entire family used for years seemed to have moved on elsewhere. Only staff made an effort to greet me there was the receptionist with service dog. My family will not be returning to this location, and I would be happy to keep talking to families and friends so that they won’t ever have to be yelled at, walking away with sore neck like I did. It was the first time I haven’t tipped in past five years. The stylist doesn’t deserve it - management should be aware of such employee hurting the business at this location.

I went into there and asked for a trim they started off good then I told the lady who was cutting my hair that the top looked a little weird and she proceeded to cut 1/2 inch of the sides this was the worst haircut I have ever received and I will never step foot in a great clip again in my life.

The stylist didn’t ask what I wanted and never allowed for me to check that he was doing it how I wanted. When I asked to check it he was very unreceptive. I am very unsatisfied with the cut. Stylist: Cameron Location: Sartell Pinecone Marketplace

I just returned home from your new store in kings crossing, sun city fl. I was hesitant to so because I had no referrel as to what stylist I should request. as i waited I abserved and Hope seemed to be the best. I was not sorry. She was GREAT!!! she had a terrific personality besides knowing just how to cut my hair and make me happy. Hope Gibbons is just what I have been looking for as I moved here from Miami and could not find someone that took the interest to ask how I wanted it cut. I got the most terrible haircut of my entire life and I am 71 years old. Josephine also known as Josie at the Great Clips at the southside shopping center in Orlando is a butcher. It’s almost like she had it out for me and just wanted to just destroy my hair. It will take months and months to even be able to grow it out to get a decent cut again. I will never go there again. They also put things on sale on the shelf and tell you oh, that’s not the right price and refuse to give you the sale price that they are advertising. Worst experience of my life. And in my opinion, Melissa would rather not hear anything. No personality at all for a manager. So disappointing.

I go to the one on Kipling and Boles ave. The manager Angela is always very friendly and makes sure we are taken care of, she is very professional and gave my father in law a hair cut he liked, not bad since he has had the same barber for over 50 years.

I have been to 2 great clips locations in killeen and they were both TERRIBLE!!!!! These ladies would make better butchers, (they would mess that up to) than hair stylists. OH they do not know what a hair stylist is, imagine that. I described what I wanted done and it appears that they only know one type of hair cut to do. Everyone gets the same cut, regardless!!!! They should be BAD CLIPS..for everyone. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ZERO STARS FOR GREAT CLIPS BUCKHEAD CROSSING....My Bad.... I have given this place several chances for a decent haircut, though I should have quit after the first time. The place seems to attract the worse experienced people and put on top of that, is their attitude. I am done with this horrible place, and if you follow the One Star Reviews, you will also keep away.
