I'm new to my city and had a really hard time finding a hairdresser to do a razor cut. I poked my head in Great Clips just to ask if someone could (expecting the answer to be no) and they had a great stylist: Lara who has been doing razor cuts for years. She did an excellent job on my hair. After a year of bad haircuts, I finally found someone who knows how to cut short, fine hair. I have already recomended her and will continue.

I stopped by to see if they could fit me in. They got me right in, and Lisa the woman who cut my hair. Did a fantastic job. She listened to my concerns and addressed them perfectly. Wow! That's hard to find nowadays. I will definitely be returning. Great price, and a great cut.

The hairdresser used clippers on me and did a lousy job one side shorter than the other. Never had someone use clippers on me before. Used them on my husband but never a lady friend. Do think I'll go back to crowfoot salon again.

I went to Great Clips and had my hair…
I went to Great Clips and had my hair done and I’m very dissatisfied with the results. SHe used a razor instead of scissors to do the layers and now I’ve got short hair and frizzy. I am not happy with this result at all you know the first time I went it was great. She did my hair perfectly this time she messed up and I’m very dissatisfied with this.

I visited the Great Clips on Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, S.C. today. Told the hairdresser she was cutting my hair too short and she replied, no, I am not. I will be going elsewhere for my haircut from no on.

Lousy Haircut in Waycross, GA
My recent visit to Great Clips in Waycross, GA on 7/20/2023 turned out to be a disappointing experience. Having moved to the area just two months ago (5/2023), I was eager to find a reliable salon for a simple hair trim and thinning.
Upon entering the salon, I communicated my request to the cosmetologist clearly, asking for a trim and thinning of my hair. Unfortunately, things took an unexpected turn when she reached for clippers instead of scissors and began cutting my hair haphazardly.
Feeling alarmed, I immediately asked her to stop and explained that I had requested a trim and thinning, not a drastic cut. However, she insisted that I had asked for a short haircut, which was not the case. I reiterated my initial request, hoping she would correct the mistake, but she seemed unwilling to listen.
Frustrated by the lack of understanding and communication, I decided to contact the corporate office on 7/21/2023 to file a complaint about the incident. However, my disappointment continued when the customer service representative informed me that they would forward my information to the salon's owner, who would supposedly get back to me within 2-10 days. I couldn't help but wonder why it would take so long for the owner to address a customer complaint, only to be told that he was busy.
As a result of this unpleasant experience and the unsatisfactory response from the corporate office, I have decided never to return to this particular Great Clips location. I feel compelled to warn others about the potential miscommunication and lack of accountability at this salon. My hope is that others can avoid the same disappointment and frustration I faced. If you're in need of a haircut in Waycross, GA, I would advise considering other options and seeking recommendations from locals to ensure a better experience.

The worst cut ever
The worst cut ever. First time I ever saw this person and she obviously doesn't know how to cut hair. Will not return after going to this salon for 20 years. New employees need to be screened more carefully.
