I am 82 yrs old. Went in for a cut, overdue to pandemic. Asked if my stylist was vaccinated for COVID, told no! Asked if anyone of the stylists was vaccinated and told they didn’t need to tell me and didn’t need to wear masks. RUN from the Vancouver shop on 63rd.

Went in for a trim. Left with almost no hair. I just got a perm and highlights only to have them ALL cut off. I haven't stopped crying for 3 days and the salon owner isn't willing to do anything except refund my 22 dollars. I shouldhave known better but they should at least pay a areputabke stylist to fix this as there is no hair left to fix and need extentions to get back my ringlets curls this girl cut off.she has long dark hair in her 20s. I'm appalled at this company's lack of accountability and show no signs of remorse.im mortified and emotionally traumatized by this . I've covered all mirrors zin my house because I can't look at myself with out bawling

$18 for a haircut. Always a crapshoot when I go in here. Will they shave my undercut correctly? Will they layer the hair on top correctly? Always a surprise. They always do whatever they want to your hair, even if you tell them what you want. Oak Park, IL location.

It has been some time now that I've been having my great haircuts at the Great Clips at Elston Plaza in Chicago, IL. It is a very good thing that a customer can choose the person that experience has made clear that she is to be chosen. Manisha Patel is someone who hears and regards your thoughts and does exactly what you have asked or suggested she try. I always make sure I there on her work days.

Our experience was great! Lynsay did an amazing job on my toddlers fade and lined him up well. He has tight curls and she knew exactly which guards to use and recommend. I would highly recommend her. Shout out to Lynsay at Galloway, OHIO!! Thank you

Worst hair cut I have ever had. Worst Great Clips on the planet. Person who cut my hair probably didn't have a license. She was unable to follow the structure of my previous cut. Not what I asked for. Wasn't even able to cut the back in a straight line (not what I requested). Asked her to follow the lines of my previous cut. Only needed it tightened up since it had been 2 months. She also spent the entire time telling me that NEXT time(as if) I should sign-in online. What happened to walk-ins welcome?
