I had my hair cut at Great Clips Midtown Marketplace in Madison, AL where I’ve been getting my haircut for awhile. On 9/15/2023 I had my hair cut by a stylist I’ve never seen before (I don’t know her name). First, she didn’t seem to be in any particular hurry to cut my hair, as she decided to dance around and sing because I guess she really liked the song that was playing. I don’t mean for a few seconds; it was at least 90 seconds, maybe 150. Second, I clearly told her what I wanted done to my hair. I said #10 on top, #8 on the side which was in my profile. She said that she could make it look better by trimming the top instead of using a number 10. I’m legally blind, so when I put my glasses back on to check my haircut I thought it looked good. I was in a hurry, as I left work to get my haircut and needed to get back for a meeting. The next day I felt like I needed a haircut. It was not even close to the expected length. I’m not sure I’ll go back. I decided to cut my own hair since I essentially had already spent my allocated budget and couldn’t afford to pay somebody else. I’m just letting you know my frustration and why I’m dissatisfied with this location now.

Good haircut, Bad attitude by the stylist. It’s not my fault that you’re place is busy. Will probably go back to Sports Clips. I would rather pay a little more and get good service. This was the first time ever I did not tip a haircut. Harvester MO location.

Revised 10-14-2023 Talked to GM Brandi and Great Clips only offers another cut or refund if you paid which I did not …. so Do Not go to Great Clips expecting a great cut they are just average at the best if you find someone who knows what they are doing which i Did Not 😱 now I’m stuck with a F… Up cut and have to let it grow out now 😢 and why would I let someone else from great clips touch my hair again!! Do Not Go to this hair butcher place warning everyone !!! Went in to shop on 92nd and Sheridan the Northview location for hair cut original person Madison who’s also the manager and who cuts my hair was leaving early and referred me to her co worker an old lady who obviously doesn’t take classes to be current on cuts and how to do 🙄 obviously doesn’t know how to cut hair I left without her finishing up my cut very upset 🙄 she cut it very uneven on both sides now I have to wait for it to grow out Omg 😡 do not go to this place for a cut … I want money now to pay someone to fix there mess …. Let’s see how they handle this as no manager and general manager not in today …. have to call back tomorrow which I will not letting this go!!!

My stylist barely said a word to me I showed her exactly what I wanted and she messed it all up my hair is butchered I look like Dora it is way to short it’s not even and now I’m stuck with this until my hair grows out

I went to great clips in The Colony, I asked for the same cut I had last time by the same stylist. I had long hair this time and she cut off the long tail of hair first and asked if I wanted it. When she finished my hair cut she showed me all but the back side. When I got home and was able to take a picture and see there was almost no hair on lower head or upper neck. The whole time the stylist acted like she understood me. I can see now she DID NOT UNDERSTAND ME. and she was tipped nicely.

Went in yesterday, hairdresser trimming my beard would not listen to me in anyway shape or form, rude and not knowledgeable and will never go back. Very argumentative.

I just left the great clips in Cincinnati Ohio at the Glenway crossing shopping center on Glenway ave and the girl that cut my hair was sick and I found this out halfway through my cut and she gave me the fastest haircut I’ve ever had but the fade was ok but on top the left side of my head is about an inch taller than the right side and now I know why she hurried up and gelled my hair without asking and I didn’t have my glasses on my head watching her cut my hair so after I got home and washed out the gel and it dried my hair is super choppy and I’m pissed off man I will NEVER return from now on I’ll just spend a extra 15 to go to a real barber shop where they use a straight razor and the best tools on the market! great clips has lost a 10 year customer and now since I’m older my hair takes twice as long to grow
