Hannah is the best stlist that I have any had. I only ask for her to cut my hair. The overall experience of Great Clips in Rocky River, OH is always very good. Checking on-line is a good way set up appointment.

My Greenbay Rd Kenosha Great Clips now does not accept phone calls. You have to drive to their location to see if your stylist is working. I’m going to miss Jane.

Poor quality haircut. Wouldn’t go back to the one at Gateway Plaza in Oshawa. Wife and myself didn’t get the cuts we asked for. Like talking to the walk. Really unprofessional

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience! The ladies were very likable and did a beautiful job on our hair. We are so happy we went there! They made us feel so relaxed and comfortable and our long hair looks beautiful! They’re awesome!

I went in with a friend to have her hair cut at Great Clips Upper James Hamilton Ontario. While waiting another stylist with an accent was on the phone and very loud in an argument with someone. A brown man walked in for a hair cut. She got off the phone and took him to her chair. She said to him " you smell" he said " excuse me!!! smells like what?" she said "old oil" he sat there quiet and never said a word. When she was done he asked her " what is your name?" she said Natalia....as an onlooker l thought she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. ....for her unprofessional behavior l would not hire her to work with animals eg...SPCA or the Zoo. She should not be employed in the service industry. I would never set foot there again.

I started going to Great Clips in St Pete, FL about 5 or 6 years back at Disston Plaza, Pinellas Park & now 88th Ave & 4th St N. I had found a picture of a style that I like which shows the length lines for bangs & neckline that I bring with me & have never had a bad haircut. The style is a shaggy pixie which is very easy to wear & maintain - Just wash, blow dry & go. Yesterday, I needed a haircut really bad and went in & met a new stylist named Jessica who made my day with another great haircut, great service, friendly & attentive. She also shows pride in the work she does. She turned my awful looking hairdo with no volume into a great looking hairdo with lots of volume. I felt great & received a lot of smiles & looks from some of the people in Publix where I went shopping after my haircut from Great Clips. Jessica is a GREAT ASSET to your business. She makes you feel special.

Love the online check in. Staff is friendly and greets each client when they come in. Always get a great cut.
