Don’t go to great clips hebron!they did a very bad job!!you just don’t cut somebody without any style!!that lady that cut my mom’s hair!!!she need’s to get fired!!!i don’t know how she got that job!!!

I will not be using Great Clips again for their services. Granted, I never had the same stylist twice so it's basically been a gamble with the results. The one issue that bothered me consistently is that most of the stylists do not make attempts to sanitize their equipment between clients on a regular basis. A mere wipe down with a clean paper towel or cloth would be adequate. The most recent stylist I used did not do this. I was observing her cleaning up her station after the previous client.All she did was sweep. I questioned her about it and all she did was claim she did sanitize as if I did not notice. Don't appreciate being gaslit especially since I am highly observant; even as a senior.

Dawn at Indian Trail shop was great. Friendly and fun conversation.I have been using a barber for the last 5 years but he is retiring. My cut is simple, but not everyone does it the way I like. She nailed it. Will ask for her specifically next trip.

I would rate Great Clips as a hit and miss experience. Customer service is definitely lacking, if that's what you're looking for . The quality of service is questionable too . They have many locations so it makes it convenient to book an appointment online to avoid waiting in line for a service. The employees don't seem very happy with working there . It's a get you in and get you out assembly line type of service, you feel that way too. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive haircut but not concerned about the quality or expertise of the stylist, then this business is for you. It's a great place to take the kids for a quick cut , very children friendly.

Very very bad experience She ( Gaberial) is very rude and even did not do basic things On top of that when I said it’s little bit lengthy she told like you are wasting my time. I felt like too racism. Not kind not good service nothing. Total waste of time. Location Farmington crossroads.

Scott did a great job of trimming and making sure the trim was perfect. He was not in a hurry even though they had a big sale on haircuts. I definitely going back and I highly recommend this place.
