Honestly I’ve been going here since I was 10 and it’s always been really bad, today my visit is the worst I’ve ever had and it’s my breaking point, I’m never coming back

This is a shout out to Katie and Saba both stylists from Great Clips at Meadow Ridge Plaza in Ajax. Saba did the haircut of my teen age grandson and he looks so handsome. Katie did my haircut and I was very pleased about the outcome. Wait times are very short and this added to our complete satisfaction. We will be back there again next time we need a haircut. I have been going to Great Clips for some time now. it's close by and I can walk in and get a haircut with a half hour or so. I don't always get a really good cut but it's usually good enough. I had to go back once bc it was not good. No big deal to me. They were nice and fixed it. Today I went to the GC in Sharonville and Hanna cut my hair. She did the best job. The best I've had in a long time. I watched her cut this young boy's hair and she was so focused. Then I was up. She was just as focused. No small talk or pleasantries. She just did the job exactly like I asked. It's too bad she will leave one day, and I'll not see her again.

I have been going to Great Clips because they usually know the general idea of the haircut I want without me having to explain everything from scratch. It’s been reliable enough that I kept coming back. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my opinion. My stylist, Grace (also known as Blue), failed to round out the side of my haircut, leaving it noticeably uneven. I have never, in my life, had to walk back into a barber shop or salon to ask for my haircut to be fixed. It was embarrassing and frustrating. To make matters worse, she never showed me the back of my head with a mirror or asked if I was satisfied before finishing the appointment. That’s one of the most basic parts of a haircut and would have caught the issue before I walked out. I’ve trusted Great Clips because of the consistency, but this experience completely failed me. It cost me extra time, caused unnecessary frustration, and I’ve lost confidence in coming back. Unfortunately, you’ve lost my business. I’m also leaving this review to warn other customers to pay close attention if they’re assigned a newer stylist. Before you leave the chair, make sure you’re shown the back of your head and inspect your haircut carefully. I hope management takes this seriously, because this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Great Clips.

I would give zero if I could. Racist people. I am talking about the one on welsh road North wales Pa. Chrissy is a racist rude person. She insulted me so much. Plz find a different salin. Avoid great clips

Asked for a pixie cut, but did not want my hair around ears cut out. Was informed that it would not be a pixie cut then. So the stylist cut some layers, trimmed the bang area, blew it half dry and was done in less than 10 minutes. Had to ask for a mirror to see the back,

The stylist I usually go to is on vacation so Mien cut my hair (not sure how to spell her name). She did a TERRIFIC job on my hair this morning. This is the salon in Folsom, PA. She greeted me right away - as she did everyone. Very sweet and attentive. Very happy!!!
