Granero MovingReviews of graneromoving.com

Team was great. It’s the second time I’m using Granero’s services.

Moving to another country it is crazy! But having near expert hands that guides you thru, is a complete blessing. This is what Granero did to us, while we were in the United States. From the beginning, since I contact Valeria Kleinubing for information about the process, she got out of her way to guide me with lots of patience, understanding that we had no idea what to do. Ones we signed the contract, Vanessa Jalaim took over, with the procedures of picking up our things from Miami to be shipped door to door to Lima, Peru. Even while I was already in Peru, Vanessa held my hand in every process, letting us know when did the shipment left the country, when it arrived and answered every questions that sometimes had nothing to do with her department, but still got out of her way in giving me the answer that I needed. The same with Valeria. In Peru Mayra Cubas helped us with the process in getting all the proper documentation ready to have our things released on time from the port. Even the delivery guys were very professionals and finished faster that I thought. I'm very satisfy with Granero Moving, I'm glad we made that choice! Thanks

Extremely satisfied with the company. A special thanks and congratulations to manager Vanessa Jalaim. She solved all the issues and represented with honor the company.

Mrs Vanessa Jalaim had a very professional attendance and gave me all support during my moving on process to Brazil. I really recommend the service because of her great job and assistance.
