I had to ship a container of objects and furniture from France to Chicago. Christine Fruteiro, the coordinator, assisted me through all the formalities of the entry process in the US with great professionalism. I had answers very quickly to all my questions and on July 3, a delivery by friendly, efficient and professional gentlemen. It was a great experience.

International moving was fast and easy with Granero Moving and their kind staff helping me through all the process. I felt supported in every step by Patricia Martins and her team. I highly recommend Granero Moving to anyone moving overseas. I'm giving them 4 stars because I would've loved to be aware about how big was the space I was paying for. It's so difficult to figure that out and I think I could've made a better use of my container.

I had a great experience with Granero on my recent move from Canada to Brazil, with my family. Everything took place as expected (All 188 boxes delivered on time at no extra cost). No events in my goods, I had no loss. Patricia Martins, thank you very much for your attention and dedication.

The entire process of my international relocation of my goods was smoothly coordinated; worth highlighting the proactive and professional follow-up by Rogerio Goncalves who made sure every step of the process was easy for me. They even sent a supervisor to my home during the day of the moving and Rogerio called me during that day to make sure I was being properly assisted.

I had the pleasure of working on my moved to Europe on all my belongings. Valeria, who was my contact with the company she works for, was extremely selective about my needs and offered me a very good offer. Thank you, Valeria!

If I could give them a Zero I would!!! It was the worst experience of my life! Granero/Global Mobility/Brytor are the Most dishonest people on the planet. They work on the cheap. Workers don’t care, are not trained and are not given proper materials to pack valuables. The coordinators are girls working from home in Brazil. There is no personnel that can help you or give you an answer in the US. The only time they talk to you is to get your business. Then come the extra charges, and more charges. Actually, my issues were not only the extra charges but the unprofessional and uncaring way they mistreated my valuable belongings. No matter how many times I told them to protect the furniture or clothing they just had no idea how to do it and said that the company didn’t spend money in good materials. No garment boxes! As a result, we got serious damage to our expensive furniture and collectible designer clothing. When the French crew at receiving end saw what came out of boxes, they were surprised at how bad the packing had been. They had put tape directly on wood and leather pieces, and also fine tapestry furniture. They don’t use blankets to protect furniture, they just put a piece of cardboard and tape it all around. Honestly, they are the most incompetent movers we have ever seen. Worse of all, they work with total impunity because management washes their hands. We have a full value insurance that is not being honored!! I presented a claim at BBB in Florida. Granero has a rating of 1. Clearly there are many unhappy customers but BBB just closes the claims as long as Granero sends any kind of responds which in our case it was the contract. The ratings at BBB are 1 and I believe it should be a Zero, but BBB said that it believes they make an honest effort? What? We need to alert the public about crooked people like Granero. Packing was June 8 2023 Delivery Feb 8, 2024 in France. 3 months without a resolution yet!!!
