DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We got a quote and fully paid 3 months ahead of our international move to Australia only for them to drop the ball completely. They kept pushing back the date of pickup and we were accommodating them until the last minute when the truck did not show up to pick up our belongings before the move. They were responsive and quick initially but when it was time to pickup, there was no communication at all. We reached out multiple times the day before and the morning of pickup when they said "there was a problem and we are urgently trying to find a new truck for you". Unfortunately, they couldn't at all causing us so much anxiety and stress. They did not communicate until the day after the pickup date stating the best they could do is pickup 5 days after we were supposed to leave. We had to urgently move all our stuff to a friend's place a day before flying out. They have not given us back our money for insurance payment which was wired to them. We were able to dispute the relocation/shipping payment we gave them via our credit card company. This was the most unprofessional and incompetent experience we have ever dealt with! Do not use them!!!

My DISASTROUS experience with Granero Moving
My experience with Granero Moving, part of Formula Global Mobility and Brytor, was deeply disappointing. I had booked my building’s service elevator for May 21 from noon to 3 p.m. and was told the moving crew would arrive between 9 and 11 a.m. Instead, two movers arrived at approximately 2 p.m., without advance notice from the company that they would be so late.
That delay affected the entire move. Packing proceeded slowly, boxes filled my apartment and hallway, and the crew did not begin taking them downstairs until well after the elevator reservation had ended. My elderly mother and I eventually helped carry boxes to speed things up. The last items were loaded at around 11:20 p.m. Some fragile kitchen items were placed in bags when time ran short.
Throughout the day, I struggled to get clear answers about who was supervising the crew and what would happen to items that could not be shipped. I received conflicting information and could not reach someone who would take charge of resolving the problems as they unfolded. The movers later told me they had driven from Montreal that morning and had been delayed at the border. When I said two movers was too small of a team for a move in New York City, they said all customers say that but the company's management does nothing about it to keep costs low.
The disruption had real costs: I missed my flight the following morning, lost a hotel reservation, had to book another hotel at the last minute, and paid separately to send some belongings by mail. An international move requires careful coordination, especially when a customer must vacate an apartment by a fixed date. In my experience, that coordination and accountability were missing. I would urge anyone considering these companies to get clear written answers about the crew, schedule, supervision, and responsibility for delays before booking.
The movers didn't wear uniforms or anything that would identify them as representatives of the company. I was told that the move would take about two months and I has been over four months and company representatives, even the CEO, do not respond to my questions: When will the move be delivered? How can I be reimbursed the costs I incurred because of the disastrous move?
A manager had the nerve to tell me I wrote emails after his shift. The same person, when everything was going haywire, told me over the phone that his shift was over. The level of customer service is truly unbelievable in 2026. Company representatives do not seem to care about customers or the company's reputation.
An international move is a deeply stressful process and this company does NOTHING to ease things out or to treat customers with consideration and respect.
DO NOT USE GRANERO MOVING.

Beware of this moving company
Beware of this moving company
I wish I could give negative stars to this company. It’s a shame I can’t.
I needed to plan a household move from Miami, USA, to Sao Paulo, BR. Doing my research, I found this company, Granero Moving, a.k.a Formula Global Mobility, a.k.a. Brytor, to name a few, which I later found out is not the same as Granero Mudanças, which is a very well-established and renowned company in Brazil.
My first contact was with Regina Schmitt, who sent me a quote and put me in contact with Dennis Franco, who was to be in charge of my move. During the many-month process of planning, organizing, packing in Miami, and receiving in São Paulo, it was nothing but frustration. Denis, my contact, was an overall disappointment. Slow in replying to emails, did not answer the questions I had, and did not communicate thoroughly with me. There was no transparency at all from his side.
We exchanged multiple emails with quotes and other paperwork, but I actually never got a signed contract.
The 3 workers who were sent to my apartment in Miami to do the packing were overall nice but were not able to complete the work in one day and had to come back again to finish, affecting the schedule I had prepared.
Everything was packed on May 1st, and the container was estimated to leave the Port of Miami in mid to late May but only left on June 19th. I was informed that the ship docked in Santos on July 1st, and only on July 22nd was I informed by Dennis, after several messages and emails, that the container had been released on July 20th. From that date onwards, I constantly requested a date for delivery and only got replies saying that they needed to wait for their “partner” to send the schedule. How is it possible that a moving company that says they can help you anwyawere is the world does not work with a scheduling calendar to make sure that their customers know when to expect the delivery of their belongings?
My delivery was finally set for August 14th and then delayed to August 19th. Various messages were sent to Dennis explaining that we needed the names and IDs of the workers who would come, and it is a requirement from the condominium where I live. I never got that information.
At 10:30 on August 19th, my son saw an non discriptive truck approaching the entrance. They apparently spoke with security, explained where they were going, and, luckily, were allowed in after security called me to confirm.
My belongings were delivered on August 19th. According to the unsigned contract, the window should be between 60 and 90 days. The delivery happened 112 days after being packed; 112 days of stress and concerns for my belongings. Moving is naturally a stressful event; the job of the company and, especially, the contact responsible for it, should not make it worse.

Avoid it if you do want troubles
I was skeptical in the beginning to choose them, but the price was okay, and i thought when the goods take a bit longer its okay. First of all be aware, youre working with different companies in my example IMS / BRYTOR / Formula / Granero and Goesslin. It started already wrong. I signed contract and payed 500 USD in November 2025 in order to pick up the goods at the 28th Febuary 2026. Then in the week where the goods shall be picked up, a call, they have to pick up earlier 4 days earlier. Or i can cancel the order ?! WTF, we were on route moving back to Europe, and there is a reason i payed in advanced... however the crew were fine, and did a good Job. In the contract stated delivery time up to 90 Days. Pickup was end of Febuary, delivery in austria was Mid of July ! So way more then 90 Days, with of course additonal Charges the Way, with higher Frights rates, and demurrage costs.
In the Delivery we had some damages, TV Screen and cupboards, and i still chasing them for the insurance.
I just can say, stay away from them...

My Goods stuck Cape Town Port for 11 days due to NON PAYMENT to Shipping lines
DO NOT USE! THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE GOING BANKRUPT.
I paid Formula / Granero Moving in full 11 month ago, and they have essentially taken my money to float their failing business. My container has been held at the port in Cape Town for 12 days, racking up storage fees of 1000s of dollars solely because Formula is flat broke and cannot afford to pay the shipping to release it. Nor do they want to address the matter so i can pay the shipping line direct, instead they just dont reply to emails with 6 staff member all CC in.
The shipping forwards which are trying to help me says they are struggling to get paid from IMS / BRYTOR / Formula / Granero or whatever there lastest name is!
Every single sign points to a company about to go under: a constant revolving door of staff jumping ship, zero customer service or accountability, months of unexplained delays, and a revoked FMC license.
Please do not trust them with your money or your belongings. They are a sinking ship taking their customers down with them

I do not recommend Granero Moving
I regret to share that my experience with the Granero team during the packing of my belongings at my house did not meet my expectations. There was a general lack of professionalism, care, and attention to quality in the packing process. The workers seemed to face a very tight schedule, which unfortunately did not allow sufficient time to pack my items properly. Additionally, the transportation from the house to the truck seemed handled with less care than I would have hoped.
As my move is international, I have yet to receive my belongings at the destination. I am concerned that most of the delicate items may have been affected due to the packing and loading process. Even if everything arrives intact, the overall packing experience was disappointing enough not to recommend the company.
I hope this feedback can help improve future service quality and provide useful information for potential customers.
