Boa noite, desde o primeiro contato fui muito bem atendido, a Sra. Vanessa Jalaim foi a pessoa que gerenciou toda a minha mudança, muito atenciosa e prestativa, assim como toda as equipes que participaram da minha mudança nos EUA e aqui no Brasil, todos muito responsáveis, honestos e eficientes. Gostaria de agradecer a todos, muito obrigado a empresa e as equipes, em especial a Sra. Vanessa Jalaim.

O atendimento recebido pela Vanessa Jalaim foi profissional e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor. Profissional que compreende as angústias e ansiedade desse momento. Soube responder todas as nossas indicações. Nunca ficamos sem resposta. Não sei o quanto é viável tentar fazer com que a empresa que embala nos EUA seja mais atenta ao inventariar os itens. Muitas vezes o que estava escrito na caixa não batia com o que estava dentro da caixa.

Excelente empresa. Mudança ocorreu sem nenhum problema. A Encarregada da mudança, Vanessa, foi super atenciosa.

Fui atendida pela Vanessa Jalaim, que foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Sempre disponível, me prestou todas as informações e me ajudou quando necessário. Quanto à mudança propriamente, chegou no prazo e não houve danos. Todo serviço foi muito bom.

O apoio prestado pela Sra Vanessa Jalaim, desde o inicio, foi super importante para que o processo corresse da melhor maneira possivel. Não tive problemas relativos à documentação, não tive problemas na retirada da mudança, nos EUA, e nem no recebimento, no Brasil. Tudo chegou em perfeito estado.

I started out contacting three companies. I had lots of very fragile items including vintage crystal stemware and china. I also had my daughter's porcelain dolls and my children's pictures. To anyone else, it was just stuff but everyone at Granero respected my wishes and guided me through the whole shipping process. My items arrived today and I had one crushed stemware out of 32! The dolls all arrived unharmed. I cannot thank Granero enough for their support and excellent work ethic. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a trustworthy shipping company.

First of all, basic, if you already moved in your life: They didn’t send a person to check what we had and how much space was needed. They send us a spreadsheet, we thought that is the “modern way” and we agreed. Big mistake! Second, we will park a container in front of your door and put the things there, if something doesn’t fit, we leave. We said ok. At the day, by pictures not measurements, they said “the container doesn’t fit in your street”. Just to illustrate, we arrive at that house with a “big” container, it was parked, unloaded with no problems at all. Then they sent a truck to pick the things up. The detail is they charged us lots of money to use the truck, put the things in a dock, wait for container, put in a container, take the things that doesn’t fit out, and etc, etc. They delayed the departure, we payed more, they messed up our things sending half of furniture (legs and shelves stay and the rest goes, for example), just remember we sent by the list, what should be removed from the container. In Resume, we payed the double for a horrible, horrible job. They didn’t even offer any help to solve the messy job. I really do NOT recommend this company.
