2 months and goods are still stuck in a port...
I originally was quoted 6-8 weeks from the time my items left Toronto, CA to the time it got to London, UK. It's been over 8 weeks now and still my container has not arrived. I emailed Karina twice over two weeks on an ETA and still no response or update. Last I head my stuff was still sitting waiting to be put into a container. I should have used another company as communication has not been good, except of course for accounting when they bill me... Would recommend going with another company that provides accurate delivery estimates and actually responds to emails.
