Terrible customer service
As other people, my move has been delayed, and no one replies to your messages. They don't answer the phone, and don't return the calls either. I've also been charged extra charges. I'm very disappointed!!!

My second shipment with Granero…
This is my second shipment with Granero from Orlando, Florida to Algarve, Portugal. It is essential to understand that shipping can take longer during the summer because their job is logistics only. Once they are using third-party services, they won't have a specific date for delivery, and some ports are busier than others, which can extend the timing a few weeks more. My belongs were very well packed by myself, and also identified. The staff in Miami and Europe were friendly and sent me the link to follow my container. I was able to follow the ship and the container during the process. All my items were received in perfect condition, as I sent them. I highly recommend Granero's service, but it is critical to understand the process to avoid frustration. Remember, this was the best price ever after weeks of searching.

DAMAGE ITEMS MY BEDS 2. OVER CHARGING I WAS CHARGE MORE THEN QUOTED THAT I WAS GIVEN TO ME OVERALL THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS VERY POOR ,WOULD NEVER USED THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
