Not sure if my order was placed, nothing in my phone. I've been on hold for over 2 hours over the past 2days . Cannot contact this company. Very frustrating, I'm done with them !

why dont you hire more staff and train them so they just dont answer with 'our system is being upgraded'? ITS INSANE TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR

They deserve less than 1 star. Don't even waste your money or time because it will end in frustration. They never answer their phone. They charge your card long before the order ships, shipping takes 6 weeks, and then they change the delivery date by 6 more weeks. Awful company.

Ordered chairs June 11th said they'd be delivered August 5th, WHAT ?? One and a half months for chairs?? Didn't take them that long to take my money, did it?? Called today July 29th due to my "order placed" date being changed to July 21st, hmm that's suspicious.. customer service said don't worry we updated our system it won't affect ship date. Oh no?? She proceeded to tell me they will ship August 21st??? You have got to be kidding! Where are they? At the bottom of the Strait of Hormuz ???? Who's making these things?? NO chairs all summer in remodeled kitchen, no summer celebrations and horrendous way to run a company!! BAIT AND SWITCH--BEWARE!! Hundreds of other reputable companies to spend your hard earned money!! Update: I changed the 1 star review to 3 stars. After writing an email to the CEO of Grandin Road and submitting above review on Trustpilot on July 29th my items MIRACULOUSLY arrived on original delivery date of August 5th, today!! I am thrilled with the quality. The chairs are just as described and pictured on website. In the future, I hope this company can stand by the original delivery dates so plans can be made and stress levels are not "through the roof" with frustration.

Watch the markdowns or what I like to say, MARKUPS! Anything that this company advertises as a markdown is usually 99.9% marked up higher than the original price. They must think everyone is in a fog! Stop with the silliness and if you’re going to mark it down then DO IT!

Ad clears states “free shipping on everything. There is an asterisk but you shouldn’t need one if you didn’t bait and switch. Super disappointing on a trusted store. This is something in would expect from an instagram ad !!

This company uses GSL Shipping, which has hundreds of online reviews stating that packages are never delivered. Worse than never delivering, GSL posts completely phony delivery results, as in "road closed" as an excuse for delivery failures. Grandin Road will make you wait two weeks for a refund while the package is shipped back to them, while discourteously ignoring the fact that your time (in taking off time from work to receive packages) has been affected. The items in the catalog are a mirage - they are lovely, but not only will you never receive them, you will end up fighting for a refund from Grandin Road. Buyer beware.

This is honest and constructive… I would not ever buy Grandin Road counter stools again. The seating is bonded leather…thin sheets of leather bonded to vinyl. It peals away after only a short time. The bottom also gives out, so we had to take the bottom covering off and put in a piece of 3/4” plywood to keep the seat from sagging. Not an easy task. We are seniors, we are not obese…. These stools are just not the quality you expect. I am buying Amisco this time.
