Salesman was very friendly, staff during checkout was wonderful, always love the front door service of popcorn and coke. Our merchandise was in stock for immediate pick-up. We drove away very happy.

The young man who assisted me with my purchase was most professional as well as being quite knowledgeable about the furniture in which I was interested. He was most helpful without being pushy. The two men who delivered the furniture were most careful and very professional. Over my 50+ years of making furniture purchases, I have never had an experience from the sales room to the delivery as pleasant and professional as this one. We just recently purchased some new living room furniture and had a wonderful sales experience at Grand Home Furnishings in Wise, VA. Dena, the associate that helped us, was great to work with. She wasn't pushy, yet got to know what we were looking for. She recommended several pieces and allowed us to view them and make up our minds without pushing us towards a piece. We decided to add some tables on as well to our purchase, and she helped us move several pieces to view them with the new sofa and chair we bought. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help you find what you need.

Would have been a 5 star! Delivery sure could be a lot better! Almost said the heck with the sales to get them to deliver when I was home and I work 2nd shift! Seems like they expected me to take off work for delivery when I told them I would be at work! Not happening!!
