Grand Home FurnishingsReviews of grandhomefurnishings.com

Excellent service from the time we picked out our couch in store at VV, to when the crew came out to deliver and take our old furniture away. We are very happy with our purchase of our specially ordered sectional, it arrived when promised and looks better then we hoped for!

Great quality furniture at a great price. Huge variety to choose from. Staff is awesome too. Highly recommend them.

Awesome customer service

Very knowledgeable sales associates they take time to answer your questions and show you all your options. We always buy from Grand!!!

I went to the store for my free gift of a wine accessory set and talked to the nicest young lady. I looked around half interested at a very small desk for my computer. Ended up with the desk and a few knick knacks. The display unit was the only one in store and since I live 2 hours away they let me have that piece and went to great amount of trouble to put in my truck. It was not a large purchase but they were so nice and I drove away very happy.

Always has been a great company to shop with. Almost all my furniture has come from Grand,

Great experience with many years of support. 3rd party billing has its drawbacks, but works. Delivery personal are outstanding and will take care of your every need. Store location and parking is also very good. My wife and I would recommend this location to our friends without reservation. Karin, and other staff members including office management is very helpful. I've had two issues with a protection plan I took on a couch as well as an end table, but it was a 3rd party issue problem and not a direct issue with Grand Furniture.

Very pleased with the chairs I purchased. The buying experience was very satisfying and delivery was prompt.
