Great store: Wise, VA great staff, great service, wellness to go the extra mile!

Very friendly staff, helpful saleswoman. She went out of her way to assist me. I am happy with my new furniture, and the delivery was prompt, and it arrived with no damage. Overall pleased. I however gave four stars instead of five because while I had immense attention and guidance from a great salesperson, I didn't have the opportunity to walk around and casually browse.

The sales staff was very helpful by listening to what we wanted for our new home. We "custom ordered" our living furniture and it was delivered in 6 weeks versus what we thought was going to be 8 weeks! The delivery personnel were excellent! They made sure our furniture was perfect and showed respect for our home by placing additional padding on the walls and floors. We even received a thank you note from our salesperson for the purchase! Grand Home Furnishings exceeded our expectations from the beginning to the end of the buying process! Thank you,

The chair is great, I'm just sorry we bought it from Grands, but Grands had what we wanted when the other stores did not. :/

The overall buying experience was horrible but I am satisfied with the product also I will not recommend the store to anyone because of the workers and buying experience
