We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We’ve reviewed your support history and wanted to clarify the timeline.  When the issue with the left trigger continued after replacement pads were provided, we arranged an RMA and repaired the device before returning it to you on 7 August. A refund was requested around six months after the original purchase, which was outside our 30-day return-for-refund period, so we were unable to approve it.  We also contacted you separately after this review to discuss the matter and available offer, as we want you to be fully satisfied with the product, but we haven’t received a response. We’d still like the opportunity to speak with you and see whether there is anything further we can do.
