International deliveries can involve additional coordination with local carriers, including FedEx, as well as country-specific customs procedures. Your order was shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning that local import taxes and duties are payable by the recipient when the shipment enters India. While these import requirements are set by the destination country and are outside of our direct control, we understand that the overall process can still be frustrating.
