Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very pleased to hear that you’re happy with the device itself. We are sorry that the delivery experience to India was more challenging than it should have been. International deliveries can involve additional coordination with local carriers, including FedEx, as well as country-specific customs procedures. Your order was shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning that local import taxes and duties are payable by the recipient when the shipment enters India. While these import requirements are set by the destination country and are outside of our direct control, we understand that the overall process can still be frustrating. We appreciate you highlighting this experience and take responsibility for improving the guidance and support we provide for international deliveries. We are continuing to work on clearer communication and better solutions to help avoid similar issues for customers in the near future.
