Stock installed system didn’t boot…
Stock installed system didn’t boot first turn on. I had to download and fresh reinstall windows. The rest is good, one of the best handhelds out there!

I love honest and realisticthe product staff were…
I love the product staff were realistic, honest and actually ended up fulfilling the order quicker then expected after the hiccup, my only issue was the site, the tool is essential part of my requirements to fulfil my own duties and I needed it immediately so I purchased a model that still cost nearly $4000 but wasn’t exactly what I wanted but the one I got said was in stock with couple days guarantee delivery, when I messaged I was then told none in stock be a couple weeks and like I stated appreciate the honesty and realistic approach and it ended up coming with in about two weeks so staff 5/5 but experience gets 3 star. I do love the product though just needed more ram but Thankyou and non the less there’s bigger problems to fuss about

Fast communication and quick shipping
Fast communication and quick shipping. Device arrived in good working order. Would have been 5-stars if not for the fact that the left trigger sticks when pressed. Happy with the order and would be willing to do business in the future with GPD Store.

Great Experience
I had a very good experience with this company, the item was received within the time frame stated on the website and it worked perfect. The only reason I did not give five stars was because the wording with shipping details, they need to be a little more clear, the reason I say this is because when reading the shipment details I thought my or was going to be shipped to warehouse where I had to pick it up and I almost cancelled my order, but I got a quick response from GPD explaining the shipping method and it was shipped to my home so great customer service on their part foir the quick response to my email and explaining how the shipment would be delivered. I would definitely buy from this company in the future.

Great Business To Shop With
Two of three products arrrived when stated on the website and is in great working condition. One product I am still wating on, it is January 12th, and I ordered on January 2nd. The website's shipping instructions is a little confusing; I was about to cancel my order because I thought my order was being shipped to a warehouse where I had to go pick it up but after talking with someone from GPD Store I was informed it was being shipped to my home, which was great, and it was shipped to my home. I would definitely buy from this business in the future.
