Hi Mihaela, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We want to add a little context here - We did reply to your initial concerns via email at the time, but we completely understand that the wait to receive that response, combined with the lack of visibility on your account, was frustrating regardless. Sincere apologies for that. We're really glad we were able to continue the conversation and bring everything to a full resolution together. We truly appreciate your patience and your honest feedback. Kind regards, THE LIST

Well it just gets worse and worse since my first review. First I had to fight to get a return label for goods damaged in transit AFTER sending photos of the extensive damage. Then I was told they would contact their partners as it was not their fault. Finally I was offered a refund, having already contacted the credit card company to dispute charge. Then I was told several days later there would be no refund because of credit charge dispute. I’ve been asked now to withdraw dispute and that a refund would be forthcoming. Sure. This company is not to be trusted. If you encounter a problem they will not help. They do not care about customer service at all. US buyers beware!

Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. You were right to be frustrated, and we want to address it honestly. When you sent us the photos of the damaged jacket, we should have processed your refund on the spot rather than putting you through a partner and courier investigation. The delays and back-and-forth that followed weren't acceptable, and we are sorry for the experience you had getting to a resolution. As discussed with you directly via our customer support team, we've now resolved this with your bank to avoid any further issues on your side. Your refund will be returned to you through your bank directly, with no further action needed from you. Your feedback has prompted real changes internally to how we handle damaged-in-transit cases, so other customers don't go through the same experience. Respectfully, THE LIST

Where is my package. It was suppose to arrive yesterday. I still haven’t received it. This is ridiculous.

Hi Megan, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and for your patience. We’re sorry the delivery took longer than expected. Because we work with international partners, shipments occasionally encounter standard customs checks that are outside of our control. Your package is currently on its way and should be with you shortly. Our team just reached out via email with more specifics on your tracking. Thank you for your patience! Kind regards, THE LIST
