I’m actually very impressed with this! I found a rare vintage piece coming from Italy and I thought I would take the risk and order from this website. The order included tariffs and fees. I received the item in less than a week with no issues condition better than expected, and no bills from customs. I would absolutely purchase through THE LIST again. I was incredibly satisfied!

I ordered a Balenciaga t-shirt from The List because the item explicitly stated "Sending from Italy". Expecting a seamless EU delivery without extra taxes or delays, I was shocked when DHL contacted me for customs clearance because the package was actually dispatched from outside the EU (DAP terms, $0 taxes billed at checkout). Now I am forced to pay extra VAT and DHL customs processing fees on top of the $30 shipping I already paid. This is completely misleading and unacceptable transparency. If you claim an item ships from Italy/EU, ship it from Italy! Order #300002130. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. DHL has officially confirmed to us that your order is covered under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms—meaning all import duties and taxes are billed directly to us, and you should not pay any extra fees. We’ve sent an email to your inbox to get a few details so we can make sure everything is corrected and made right for you immediately. Best regards, THE LIST Team

Shipping was efficient, I got my authentic glasses as expected. Very happy using this company. My new frames were almost $200 less than retail at a local optical store.
