First purchase. Glasses arrived in a cardboard shipping box, no packing material, nothing from manufacturer (box, papers, cleaning cloth). The glasses case was pretty beat up looking. Glasses seem ok and not damaged, but they’d been bouncing around in shipment from Italy!!

Two days ago I sent a message about processing a return and haven’t hear back. I can’t find on the website the information on how to send a return. It shouldn’t be this hard.

I don’t think it’d be fair for me to give a 1 star rating cause maybe the app functions well, but when I’m shopping I don’t want the clothing I see to be limited by gender, the first question the list asks you is woman or man so I couldn’t push myself to get started knowing I’d probably be unable to see the opposite gender’s clothing listings.

Hi Bennett, thanks for your feedback - it's incredibly useful to hear how our customers feel regarding our product. Gender categorization is currently a necessary segmentation - but you have the option within the app, after the sign-up process, to switch between gender's. I would kindly ask you to send an email to the attention of the Head of Customer Relations at [email protected] so that we can assist you further with this matter, over a phone call, or via email. Your Customer Care Team, THE LIST

We appreciate your feedback, as it’s helping us to improve and ensure a better experience for you next time. THE LIST
