Great delivery of an alpaca wool coat.
I ordered an alpaca wool coat for my son for Christmas. he just loves it with the boxy style and design in the weave. I received regular updates regarding the package and shipping by DHL. It was international shipping to the US during the Christmas holidays. The delivery was tracked and it arrived right on time as promised. Thank you!

No response on return request
Two days ago I sent a message about processing a return and haven’t hear back. I can’t find on the website the information on how to send a return. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Wouldn't order from here again
I missed the return window by not a lot and they weren't willing to work with me. I missed the return window while waiting for a response from them.

Hi Zoey Thank you for giving us your feedback. Sadly, when it comes to our returns policy, we have to ensure that all items arrive back at our partners within the 14-day return policy. We always ask our partners if they can make exceptions as we don't own the stock. We hope we can see you again. THE LIST

Great service!
Unfortunately the cost I ordered wasn’t the right size for me. But the shopping experience I had was great. And the customer service was also timely and kind. I would recommend!
