the product is ok, but contact options are terrible. there is no online chat or phone number, if you have an urgent query like your account is on hold due to the stupid credit card renew not working [you get no pre-warning that your credit card is about to expire - just an alert once it is already too late!], you just gotta send an email then sit and wait [24 hours now] while your packages go nowhere :(

This has to be one of the worst products I have ever used. The interface is hard to navigate (when it is actually working correctly), and the customer services is next to non-existent. After using the product for about a month I had my account suddenly deactivated for no reason at all. It took days to finally get a response to my emails with no explanation to what had happened. While it does take time to enter information manually via the Canada Post site, you will definitely spend more of your time trying to get this terrible product to work correctly.

Shippo advertises low international DHL rates but then charges you with "Remote Area and Dimensional Surcharges" weeks later. For instance, we sent two shipment to Tasmania at an advertised rate of $100.25 & $39.14. But then two weeks later they charged us an additional $47.92 for a (Remote Area Service and Dimensional Surcharge) for one package and an additional $40.00 for a (Remote Area Service) for the other one. So advertised rates of $139.39, but actual charges of $227.31 When I asked Shippo about it, they sent me a 234 page pdf from DHL on remote service areas. Buyer beware.

They have hidden fees, charged me 42$ for a regular label, when.I was delivering in same country(Canada) and near my state. I've send similar packages with Amazon, and. paid 5-6$, also with a day ago paid 45$ for a delivery from America(that's justified the price, paid by DHL). So I don't explain how I've paid 42$ just for a label, they don't have a number to call them and they. answer at mails after 3 days. Don't use them if you don't want pay a huge amount for a regular service.

Shipping is so much easier with Shippo. It pulls my orders from my website and all I have to do is enter the package size and weight and choose where I'm shipping it. The interface is easy to use. Highly recommend.
