Shippo Had isssues with labels (Solved)
UPDATE: Shippo took responsibility and provided an adaquate solution. If a company can own mistakes and correct them I will gladley adjust my score. The count has now gone up to 42 packages. I paid Shippo for 42 shipping labels, shipped the products, and USPS has since confiscated the packages because the postage was flagged as counterfeit. Shippo refuses to acknowledge the issue. Every time I ask them directly about the counterfeit postage, they dance around the question and have even provided me with information about orders that aren't mine. At this point, I am in the process of refunding customers for $1,728 worth of orders because of this situation. I have also contacted the U.S. Postal Inspection Service by email, but I have no idea how long it will take to receive a response. Shippo sold me shipping labels that USPS identified as counterfeit, and Shippo continues to refuse to acknowledge what happened. I have the receipts, support chats, tracking information and statuses, emails from angry customers, and everything else needed to document and back up what I'm saying. I will gladly post all of it here. I have everything in the back up the claim that shippo showed me fraudulent labels and refuses to acknowledge it. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not using Shippo at any cost.
