I wish I had seen reviews before placing an order. This company's service is awful. I placed an order for a gift. Package 1 never arrived, package 2 came after a call to Customer Service but in the order was a packing slip and order for another customer, and finally package 3 has still never shown up. Terrible, awful, very, very poor. Do yourself a favor and choose another company!!

I received a bracelet for my Thanksgiving day birthday, while visiting extended family in Portland Oregon. I loved it so much, that I ordered 3 of them for my sister friends in Guatemala. I decided to do store pickup, due to time constraints. When I called about pick up, the lovely workers asked if I would like them gift wrapped and I said yes. The items were ready in less than 3hrs and the gift wrapping was phenomenal! They were packaged in beautiful pink boxes, wrapped with pink cloth bows. I was so impressed that on December 16, I ordered 2 more online for family members for Christmas. I chose 2 day shipping to Bowie MD. During the checkout process there was no option to choose gift wrapping, but a popup appeared and asked how I found out about Gorjana, if the items were gifts and who they were for. I was not sure if this meant that they would gift wrapped or not, so I immediately sent and email to express that I was impressed by the Portland Oregon gift wrapping and would like the same for these items. I did not receive a reply until December 18th, telling me that it was too late to edit my order because it had already shipped, but that they could send me the gift wrapping by mail. I received an update today that the wrapping has shipped and it would include a couple of bags and a tag, not the boxes that I specifically requested and had received in Portland. Although I love the products so far, I am completely disappointed with the inconsistent and subpar customer service. It seems that store pickup is the best way to go with this company. It’s cheaper, better customer service and presentation is better. Overall customer service and brand synergy needs work. This company will lose (and most likely has lost) customers if this is not addressed.

Loud, thick jewelry just ain’t my thing. So when I discovered Gorjana I had already bought from 3 other brands that also carry a similar minimalist style. And yes I am already building my collection. The Gorjana designs are so dainty and sparkly and just what I wanted for my stack. No quality issues so far and hoping there won’t ever be any. Currently own one but intent on purchasing again.

Was about to buy earings for my wife from a catalog they mailed. Bait and switch price from mailed catalog. Spoke to them on the phone and they had a nonchalant "Ya we do that here" attitude. Bad business people. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible

This stuff is expensive and flimsy. It is not worth the money at all. You are paying for their ridiculously deceiving commercials. This jewelry does not stand up up to normal every day life wear

The clasp on my fine jewelry bracelet broke after only purchasing it less than 3 months ago. When I reached out to customer service, they did not even respond. I would expect much better quality and service than what I received.

So far I am very pleased with my jewelry. I purchased gold plated and I was actually shocked at how great it looks ‘on’. I purchased from a Gorjana retail store, but I did not try the necklaces on before I purchased them. As I said, I am very pleasantly surprised at how great they look. I will see how they hold up over time.
