Face-to-face customer service was quite nice. However, getting my order online in advance was rough using the website. I was ordering seven bracelets. I finally had to break it into two transactions.

Not gonna lie, the checkout page kept erroring out on me, honestly, which wasted a good 20 minutes of my time. Fingers crossed they improve.

they lost the first necklace. and they didn't engrave it the way I wanted and agreed upon.

I love my crew earrings..however the silver earrings turned bad in color in a very short time. Naturally very disappointed. Customer service sent another but if it happens again I’d be very unhappy. I’ve also purchased gifts so I am concerned they won’t last. No water or oils so we’ll see. If they use a better material then I’d be more of a fan.

My most recent order# GOR196935025 arrived But Not I wanted. The earrings are Too, Too small wouldn’t fit my earlobe. During purchase I received a “discount” but it appears for my pending purchase the change of a “discount” doesn’t seem possible.

My items lost color very fast, you guys are not cheap, so I was very disappointted.

I love the bracelets but the clasps just wear out. I have replaced 2 that I lost and had a couple replaced because they didn't stay on. Lost another bracelet today!! I am done - cannot keep buying new ones every 4 to 6 months! Love them but clasps are awful!!
