The team in Southlake, Texas is always very helpful. I had purchased a gift for a friend and I bought it way in advance and then my friend had a hard time opening and closing the necklace closure and they allowed me to exchange it for something else, even though it was past the time allowed. I have spent lots of money in that store, and I was very appreciative due to the fact that they can still sell the piece I brought back. I’m obsessed with this store.
