The whole 2 months worth was action packed, and the 12 days you did for us was superbly organised, thanks a mill for such a professional and personal job! The hotels were great, same comfort level and large sized rooms, breakfasts included etc. Couldn’t have wished for better (except aircon in Prague, but the heatwave was exceptional). The guides and drivers were without exception really professional, on time, had good English and great local knowledge, and were willing to share personal perspectives which we appreciated. We had the best experience of Prague, Vienna and Budapest we could have wished for.

We had a bit of a bumpy start, but the trip was amazing! Every guide, the hotels, the ground transport...all top notch. Everything was so organized and all the info was available to me. All the suggestions of sites, restaurants and things to do were so helpful! Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience.

Having found this company was a Godsend! We went to see Krakow, Budapest, Bratislava, Cesky Krumlov (fun for 1-2 days, some great Italian fashions too), Prague, and Berlin. Berlin was surprisingly great with fantastic shopping. Krakow was very friendly. It took a few minutes to register and answer the simple questions. In about 10 minutes an entire trip came back. We then fine tuned it after realizing we were trying to see too many cities. Then months later we finally went on the trip - just got back. I can assure anyone, the guides were great (just my wife and I and the guide!) They were fun and knowledgeable and adapted to what we wanted to see and know. And they were smart and about 10 minutes early each of them. (They also give great restaurant recommendations, as do some of the drivers.) The drivers were all at the airports and train stations just as promised despite our trains being late twice. Two unforeseen problems (not GoReal's problem) were immediately addressed. The company rep, Tom, was responsive and available. The amount of time they suggest in any town and on tours was really perfect. And yet I did not feel at all like I was being herded around on a tourist bus. This was entirely individualized. Hotels were just great and in wonderful locales. Train tickets, and public transport tickets and advice were perfect. (English was spoken everywhere so the little times when we couldn't figure things out, were easily resolved.) The schedules they put together are ideal and flexible. I have never so easily enjoyed a visit to Europe without any of the usual anxieties of travel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would use GoReal again and recommend it to anyone. Go on bike tours around towns, too!! Best way to see and learn a lot. I would never bother trying to book a trip on my own ever again after the ease of working with GRE. I told my wife as we left after 19 days, "I cannot wait to go again!" Our trains could be unpredictably hot, but usually they were fine. The sleeper train was fine. The hotels were not hot, even without AC, and there was a record heat wave while we were there. As always, pack very lightly and take extra money to shop. There are lots of stairs in Europe, and airport walking is a matter of miles per day. You can have your laundry done in hotels. We brought Rick Steve's books for each city which were still helpful, but not absolutely necessary. GRE's maps and guides and itinerary contained all we needed.

From beginning to the end...everything about GoReal was easy and perfect. Tom and I discussed what my husband and I enjoy doing on vacation and what type of hotels we would like to stay in while away...so he could lay everything out for us.Transportation, tours, hotels, directions, tour guides and more...was planed for us and in a very easy to understand format. This is the first time I let a tour company do all of my trip planning and I have to say that I will never go back to doing it myself!! I highly recommend GoRealEurope!!!

Excellent travel arrangements and support. We visited Prague, Salzburg and Munich. Hotels were great, particularly in Prague. Guides were outstanding, as were the self-guided tours. Two minor issues came up and both we handled quickly without and efficiently. One issue was a late guide, who was stuck on a late train. The other was confusion with third party tour. As noted, both were resolved quickly and the end result of each was positive. Again, I can't recommend Go Real Europe highly enough.

Excellent travel arrangements throughout my 18 days visiting Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Cesky, Austria, Germany. Thank you very much indeed, Go Real Europe! Hotel reservations, transportation arrangements have been most satisfactory. I do hope the following comments would help: 1. The railway from Hungary to Croatia was a nightmare! We got reserved seat tickets on train car No.423. There was no 423! The railway company just did not bring in car 423, And I was told it is Hungarian style and I had to find seats wherever available. Just imagine how desperate one would be carrying heavy baggage. Worst still, there was practically zero air conditioning and the abin was like a furnace. If possible, please do not make such arrangement for your future patrons or forewarn them of such situation in advance. The other railway arrangements were much better. 2. All the hotels booked were satisfactory except: a. The one in Berlin. It was a really nice hotel. Unfortunately it has no lift or elevator, Just imagine 3 old people carrying heavy baggage had to climb some 20 stair steps without any hotel assistance. IT IS A NICE HOTEL but not suitable for old aged people. b. Ramada Hotel in Frankfurt does not deserve 4 stars! It has only one lift to reach half of the hotel floors including mine, It was out of order for 12 hours! All in all, I am very pleased with Go Real Europe and would like t thank my agent Justin especially for all the helps he rendered me. Regards

Three friends and I just returned from a 10-day trip to Poland, and were extremely pleased with Go Real Europe. Thomas Kirby, our GRE consultant, was always very responsive and accommodating as we worked out our itinerary--which ended up being 80 pages of very useful information. Drivers and guides were terrific and always helpful. One suggestion for GRE: provide travelers with the price range for 3, 4, and 5-star hotels. I thought a 3-star hotel would be fine, but the weather in Poland was in the 90s when we were there and our hotel rooms had no air-conditioning! Had I known that hotel prices in Poland are so cheap I would gladly have upgraded to a 4 or 5 star (air-conditioned) hotel. All-in-all, it was a wonderful trip and I would definitely use GRE again!

I was very impressed with GoReal Europe. I used GoRealEurope for Prague and the Czech Republic. They could not have been better - right down to the last detail. Their local maps and itineraries were top notch. There was one glitch but they quickly made up for it without argument or hassle. I would use them again.
