I have used Go Real Europe in the past, did so recently for another trip, and will do so again in the future. The only incident we had on this past trip was a main attraction being closed for one of our destination cities. I understand they are growing and short staffed; yet I would have preferred my final itinerary more than two weeks prior to my trip so that I had more time on my end to review and ask questions. We still made use of our time in the destination city but would have scheduled our travels otherwise if we had known the attraction site was closed. Nonetheless, the response time and professionalism of the staff is outstanding and their services are quite helpful for booking hotels and purchasing train tickets that meet our overall needs.

We went on a 10 day trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Generally we are firmly independent travelers, but it seemed worth a try to have Goreal deal with all the hotels, transportation and itinerary planning. And they did an outstanding job! We got to go as fast or slow as we wanted, skip or substitute sights and have dinner without a horde of people. The hotels were lovely and well situated and the guides where college educated history majors. We would definitely use them again.

Five stars is not enough; ten stars would be more accurate. We were in Europe for four weeks in April-May, 2019. The detailed itinerary GRE provided was amazing! This was especially helpful to a couple not familiar with the public transit system. Our contact, Clay, was so helpful, guiding us through the process of planning such a lengthy trip. The hotels were all different, but extremely comfortable and well located. Our guides were wonderful, well informed and a pleasure to be with. We mention GRE to everyone who asks about our trip. We would go on another trip with them in a heartbeat.

What a great experience and how easy Go Real Europe made it for us. All our intercity train bookings, local transport tickets, maps, instructions and our own city guide all to ourselves in each city - fantastic. Excellent accommodation in the best locations and we chose 3 star. We are already thinking about our next trip with Go Real Europe.

We spent total of 11 days in Europe with Go Real Europe. Go Real Europe made all our local hotel, train, and other transportation needs and created a custom travel itinerary that met our needs. Four of us traveled to Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague and Krakow (Poland). Go real provided detailed maps and step-by-step information about each city attraction, self-guided tour, as well as guided tours. They arranged for our airport and train pick-up drop-off as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience traveling with Go Real Europe. The only down-side is that it is not that easy to get the travel advisor on the phone and I had to wait until few days before my actual travel date to receive all my train tickets. Also, there was a minor error of not including break-fast while in Vienna, which our travel advisor got and approval to cover the costs as all our breakfast costs were included as part of the my total cost of the trip. I am glad that I decided to have professional travel advisors from Go Real plan out my travel details as it was very effective and was focused on maximizing our time in each of the four cities. They provided enough local transportation tickets which made it extra fast and convenient to travel in each cities. I highly recommend this company and will look forward to use their services in the future. We spent a month in Europe, 17 days with Go Real, and 7 on our own. The difference in travel experience was notable. Go Real made our transportation within & between cities so seamless that we felt positively spoiled! The drivers were all on time and lovely. The instructions for navigating the train stations and tickets were clear and extremely helpful (OK, except the Prague station, which probably just needs a private guide to figure out). We chose to travel at a 3-star(ish) level, and gave GoReal the additional challenge of finding 3-person rooms, which are NOT at all common in Europe. On average, I would say they met the challenge extremely well. Munich was a lovely hotel, if a little far out of town centre for my preferences; Budapest and Vienna were perfectly located and above 3-star (Vienna was solid, wonderful 4); and Prague was ...well... my least favourite but still a 2.5/low 3 star. We were surprised to find that every single guided tour GoReal arranged for us was private. Just us and a guide. This had 2 additional benefits beyond what one would expect: 1) the tour could be somewhat customized (and once completely changed) to suit our tastes/desires; and 2) we got to really have conversations with our local guides, rather than just stand around listening to canned speeches. So much more personal, informative, and interesting! Knowing this, my next trip with them will include a few more guided experiences. All in all, the experience was truly wonderful, and I would absolutely use GoReal again. I only docked them that final star because 1) the website interface is still very primitive, and doesn't allow you to experiment much with cities and dates on your own; 2) the hard-sell from sales staff is a bit pushy until you commit your deposit; 3) they only price in US dollars, which can be very hard on you if you are paying in another currency & the exchange rate shifts. I hope as they grow and become established in more places (which they should, because they are awesome!), they iron out these little glitches.

My wife and I just got back from an extended trip to Europe for our 50th Anniversary. Clay Copeland and Go Real Europe helped make that a memorable trip. The hotels were spot-on, the city guides were excellent and the detailed itinerary was superb. The very detailed directions of how to get from place-to-place using public transportation made sightseeing on our own stress free. The detailed city maps were particularly helpful to find "hidden gems", restaurants and other interesting facets of the city. I have been to Europe before where we were herded like cattle for "excursions" and I have planned every detail on other trips. This was by far the best way to really see Europe without the hassle.

Our trip was only so successful because of Go Real Europe! Having our transportation planned ahead in each location was key, the hotels were amazing and just what we wanted, the attention to detail in the itinerary was extremely helpful, and the list of options for daily activities went above and beyond. We loved our private guided tours the most! A must do in any new city. The maps were greatly helpful as well and we used them all the time.
