Very poor quality. Picture super dark and can hardly see the dogs face. These came out terrible. Waste of money.

Very happy with blanket, wonderful product, good quality. Good pricepoint for what you get. Very happy with design work done. Did not get shipment tracking info but that may have been a USPS issue.

I paid for "guaranteed Christmas delivery." I didn't get it. I complained and was ignored.

Poor quality sock, poor quality photo reproduction, poor (nonexistent) customer service, no contact phone number. Just all-around an awful customer experience.

SLOW to ship & nearly impossible to contact. I ordered socks on Dec. 10th, at that time of order on their website it listed 'ships in 3-5 business days!' (I have the screenshot) Then an email confirmation arrived stating '8-10 business days'.They did not even arrive in 8-10 days & I could not reach anyone from customer service. When I finally did & told them that the shipping update kept adding another day whenever I checked it, they responded that the order was "lost in transit" & that they could ship a new one directly to the recipient. It is now Jan 10th & this new order - which was a Christmas gift has not yet arrived! And then of course about 3 days after that, the original order did finally arrive to me, Jan 6th - almost 1 month later - so it wasn't "lost" it was just SLOW. I understand that this is custom produced & that holiday shipping is hectic, however the website advertises specific & quick turnaround times, and when they couldn't be met there was hardly anyone I could reach to find out what was happening with the order. The socks look good, but it was a complete hassle & the excitement of the gift has been lost b/c we still haven't been able to gift them as of Jan 10th!

I ordered a pair for my daughter and her partner. The colors on the socks were not as nice as in the pictures on the website and I thought the way her dog’s head was cropped from the picture I provided was odd. But when they opened them at Christmas, they were so surprised and tickled to see their dog on the socks. They loved them! In the end, that’s what really matters.

This company is an absolute joke. Please look them up before considering spending any money with them. They have horrible reviews for a reason. First and foremost their customer service is nonexistent, trying to resolve any issues is impossible. If you elect to pay for 2 day shipping, they will still send it snail mail and hope that you do not request a refund. Many people receive the wrong pets, luckily I got the right pet the 1st time over a week after I was supposed to get it. Please do a quick search of pupsocks or pupscams, save yourself not only the money but the frustration that comes along with doing business with them.
