It's been weeks since I ordered. I paid around 12 bucks for pre-Xmas shipping. I've yet to receive my package. Edith It finally arrived, mid January. They did a terrible job on the socks and sent the wrong size.

It's difficult to express how disappointed I feel. Not only have I never received any product after four months, but each time I contacted the company, I had to start from scratch explaining my situation. I had to submit my photo to be printed three times and provide my address three times.

Ordered on Nov 15th as Xmas presents, arrived today, almost two months after ordering, missing Xmas by two weeks! This is unacceptable, as I didn’t order last minute, but well in advance. I tried contacting support regarding my socks’ whereabouts, but never got a response. So slow shipping and terrible service, the only extra star I’m giving is for the socks themselves which turned out nice.

The blanket turned out amazing! I will definitely be ordering from PupSocks again!

UPDATE: I did hear back finally and they sent the correct socks! I ordered 2 pairs of sock mid November for Christmas gifts. Received one pair Dec 27th. I got someone else's instead.

Still not received! Ordered by mid November for a Christmas gift! Have asked for refund.
