Strange material for the socks.

Order was never delivered. I have emailed the company twice with no response. Very frustrated. Would like a refund.

Not happy. I bought a pair of puppy socks because of the sample pair that you show on your web page. I placed an order and stated in the note column that I wanted my dogs face to be cut out all the way down to my dogs chest . She is furry and beautiful. The socks I received was not what I ordered . They cut part of her pretty face and never included her chest hair . I have been trying to get a hold of them and I still haven’t received any response .

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered my socks on December 7, 2021. As of January 10, 2022, I still have not received my socks. I am very disappointed as these were a Christmas present. I will never order from Pup Socks again.

Ordered socks and they came out terrible. The pic of my dog was printed so dark you couldn’t even see her face at all. The picture I submitted was very bright. Plus I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still took weeks but they didn’t reimburse the extra amount I paid. I also ordered a blanket. It came out brighter but it looks cheesy. Very disappointed. Look nothing like the website advertises.

I order socks them in NOVMENR 2021 and I have not received them as of January 2022. After a month I tried to contact them 4 times through the website no response for 2 weeks which only asked if I still needed help. I responded and that's the last heard from them. I don't think Ill ever get them.NOTE- I have now received my order and the are great. The quality of the image is amazing.so I would give customer service 1star quality 5.

I’m still waiting for my order since the beginning of December 2021. I have sent an email to ask for status, and the email does not exist.

It’s been 3+ weeks since I placed my order with ‘money-back Christmas arrival guarantee’. The order still Shows as ‘processing’. There is no number to call for customer service and the email has only sent me auto responses to the multiple requests for a refund. I placed an order for the same product at a competitor and it arrived in 3 days. I also don’t believe their claims that ‘part of every order goes to fund animal shelters’. I found no evidence of this claim beyond a $5k check they cut to a local rescue in 2018. Do not do business with these guys..
